The Supreme God novel Chapter 5062

"There are too many of them. It's not going to be easy to deal with them,"

Austin said with a concerned frown, staring back at the ice wolves rushing at him like a roaring wave off a violent sea.

A single wolf wasn't that hard to handle; an ordinary god of chaos would be able to take it down.

But there were a lot more than just one barreling down on him now.

When there was one ice wolf, it was usually followed by hundreds of thousands, even millions more.

It was a sight terrible enough to shake even the most stoic warriors.

And if a wolf king was among them, things would only get ten times worse.

It alone could summon countless more wolves with its howl.

The wolf king was far stronger than ordinary ice wolves.

"Let's go.

Don't get reckless. We can't fight them."

Austin took one more look at the rabid, charging ice wolves and shook his head, ready to run.

He was confident that if he used the Illusion Skill of Reincarnation, those wolves would have no chance at catching up to him.

He had another trump card up his sleeve as well, the teleportation rune.

If he activated it, escape would be quite easy.

But then,

Austin suddenly felt a shiver running through his body.

He turned around and stared ahead.

He saw an enormous black ice wolf squatting not too far, its eyes red and glowing like lanterns and staring at him intensely.

There was no mistaking it. It was the wolf king.

Austin then felt a terrible aura coming from the opposite direction at the same time.

He turned to see another towering wolf king squatting in that direction.

He spun and scanned his surroundings, finding three more wolf kings in wait around him.

There were five wolf kings staring now.

They had surrounded Austin from five different directions.

"Damn it!

I've been surrounded by five wolf kings!"

A bad feeling flowed through his chest.

The wolf kings were too fast and stealthy. He had no idea how or when they'd appeared.

He knew for sure though that they were staring at him maliciously, almost frothing from their mouths.

Behind them, more and more ice wolves came into view.

Austin was trapped in the center, the entire area around him densely packed with numerous ice wolves, snarling viciously.

It was like an endless black sea of fur,

and he was trapped in the middle of it.

"I'm completely surrounded!"

Austin yelled helplessly, smiling bitterly.

He figured he must have angered them last time he passed through this plateau, and they'd been waiting to finish him off.

They had memorized his aura,

and so recognized him immediately when he returned.

They were clearly vengeful creatures.

And now five wolf kings had come to surround him, thirsty for blood, wanting to kill him themselves.

"Seems we're set for another tough battle, my old foes,"

Austin murmured to himself.

The next moment,

one of the wolf kings tilted its head to the sky and howled horrifically.

But it was too late. A group of ice wolves had already gotten through and began attacking.

'I suppose it's time to test how powerful my mind power is,'

Austin thought without panic.

Using his mind, he began creating worlds of mind power.

More than twenty worlds of mind power appeared at once, enveloping a large area around him as well as all the ice wolves that had come close by.

Here, Austin had total control over everything.

By his will, a massive amount of mind power rushed into the ice wolves' bodies.

They immediately squealed miserably as all their internal organs and energy meridians were decimated.

Only the empty shells of their bodies remained by the end of Austin's attack.

All the wolves around him died in an instant.

He used both the arrays and the mind power to keep up a fierce fight against these savage beasts.

Numerous ice wolves were killed during the battle.

But it did little to slow them as more and more ice wolves appeared and joined the fight.

There was simply no end to them, no matter how many fell.

To make it worse, the five wolf kings were still staring at him from the distance.

'I can't keep this up forever. I have to break out of here as soon as possible.

I can't fight these wolves anymore,'

Austin thought worriedly.

Falling into a siege by the ice wolves was truly dangerous. If he wanted to survive, he had to break out right away.

With that in mind, he produced a large number of sacred fires and condensed them into fire walls, sending them flying out in one direction.

There were less ice wolves there, so he decided that would be the best direction to break out from.

Austin then waved his hand and set up hundreds of attacking arrays.
