Olivia POV

Michael hugs me and has a closer look at me.

“Let me see the damage” – he says

“I’m fine, we need to go to the hospital”

“No, I need to take you to Calgary”

“You want me to go to fucking Canada? Are you insane? I’m not going anywhere, Raphael needs me”

“Olivia, please, the boss will kill me if I don’t take you away from NY”

“I don’t give a flying fuck, I’m not going and you can’t make me” – I say pushing his hands away from me.

I stand there looking at the paramedics taking care of Raphael and I can feel my heart aching.

“Miss are you related?” – The paramedic asks

I nod my head and I can hear Joseph talking to them

“We will meet you at the hospital” – he says

“The police has some questions for both of you”

“Fine” – he says walking closer to me.

“Hey” – he says

“Hi” – I say not moving my eyes from Raphael.

He is now being taken to the ambulance and tears flood my eyes again.

“The police needs to talk to you”

“Now?” – I ask

“Yes”

“Fine” – I let out and I see two police officers approaching me.

“Miss, can you tell us what happened?”

“My name is Olivia Black, I was kidnapped” – I stopped as I don’t know how long it has been – “I don’t know how long ago” – I let out

“You’ve been missing for almost 3 months miss” – the police officer says

I look at them in shock.

I take a deep breath.

“Take your time” – the other police officer says

“Lucas Scott kidnapped me, he has two helpers, a blonde women names Carolyn and a man that I’ve never seen the face”

I look at the officers and they are both writing what I am telling them.

“Do you know why Mr. Scott kidnapped you?”

I look at Joseph and Michael and they both nod their heads in approval

“He said he wanted leverage over Raphael, he said I was it, he wanted to kill me so Raphael could suffer”

“I see” – They say

I look at Michael and he comes near me

“Can we go to the hospital now?”

“Yeah, we need to get you checked first”

With this Joseph approaches us again and starts talking to the officers, I don’t know what they are talking about but he is not hiding his gun. As the matter of fact, no one is hiding their guns.

“Michael?” – I say while we walk to the car

“Yes, Love?”

“Do those officers know what you are?”

“They are with us” – he says letting out a chuckle

“Oh” – I say and keep walking to a back SUV that is parked in front of us.

Michael opens the back door for me and I sit inside, he walks to the other side taking the seat next to me.

“Go with him, if anything happens I will go and get you” – Michael says and I nod my head,

“This way” – The doctor says while he starts walking out of the waiting room.

We step into a fancy examination room and I take a seat on the bed.

“Does anything hurt?”

I shake my head

“May I?” – The doctor asks approaching me

“Yes” – I say giving him permission to touch me and examine me.

After what felt like hours of blood tests, x-ray, and a lot more exams the doctor tells me I am free to go.

I walk back to the waiting room to find Joseph sitting next to Michael and two other men.

“Hello” – I say taking a seat on the chair furthest away from them

Joseph walks to me and kneels in front of me

“He is going to be okay” – he says

All of a sudden we hear alarms beeping and we see doctors running towards the OR. We both stand up and I start to cry again falling on my knees.

Joseph grabs me and lifts me up, holding me tight

“He will be okay” – he says as I just nod my head.
