"Don't give in to your impulses, young lady. Remember the rules."
Just as Milo was about to throw caution to the wind and cut Aiden to ribbons, a voice rang in her mind. For some reason, the voice immediately calmed her down as if it was magical or something.
"You'll pay for this," Milo said before she left and returned to Felix's side.
Needless to say, she knew about the rules. More to the point, all contestants of the Dragonia Martial Arts Competition placed their lives on the line the moment they signed up for it.
What really pissed Milo off was the fact that Aiden emanated an aura that only a Boneforging Realm martial artist possessed. There was a good reason she was this upset too.
Ronan had just become a Blood Realm martial artist. He might've empowered himself with Bloodtinge and increased his fighting prowess threefold, but he would never be able to defeat Aiden, who was two realms above him.
In other words, Aiden had this duel in the bag, and yet he struck a fatal blow. That was what pissed Milo off.
"Aiden lived up to his name as the Greene family's prodigy. He's still so young, but he was already a Boneforging Realm martial artist," Lionel commented.
Mira nodded gently. "He is immensely talented."
She was the one who spoke to Milo telepathically just now. Otherwise, the latter would've attacked Aiden out of rage. Not only would Milo fail to vent her frustration, but she would also be kicked out of the venue due to breaking the rules.
Now, everyone understood why the duel ended as quickly as it did.
"Boneforging Realm?" Melissa was shocked to the core when she heard it. "Dear Lord! He's very young. How is it that he was already at Boneforging Realm? No one will be able to win him in a duel!"
Although Nala didn't respond, she had to admit that Aiden was the kind of super-talented martial artist who existed only once in a generation.
Nala might have considered Aiden one of her candidates if it weren't for his questionable mentor. Felix might not have had his turn.
After some time, Felix was finally done with the acupuncture. "He'll be fine now."
"Alright. Let us begin, then. Just don't look down on me like that."
When both of them got on the stone stage, Felix raised his right hand. "I'm not looking down on you at all, but you're Ronan's friend, and I respect you. So, I'm not going to hold anything back."
Felix emanated a fearsome aura that left Milo dumbfounded.
"Boneforging Realm? I can't believe you're this powerful as well!"
Everyone on the scene could sense Felix's aura as well. They were also shocked to their core.
"Um… Is he another Boneforging martial artist? Are the younger generation trying to launch a mutiny or something?"
"I have wasted my cultivating in martial arts. It has been over five decades, and I remain an Oceanus martial artist, but these young folks have already made a breakthrough into Boneforging Realm."
