“Calm down. It’s just fishing. Mr. Holt Senior isn’t the type to block off the entire lake for himself. Let’s go.”

He then glanced at Felix’s bucket, envy evident in his eyes. “You caught over a dozen?” 

Felix chuckled. “Just like you said. It’s all about luck.‘ 

“Don’t fool me. Your skills are genuinely impressive.” 

As Xena watched them chat amiably, her expression changed. It seemed Felix really did know Ernest. It wasn’t just a coincidence that they were fishing together. 

“I think I’ll head back and rest,” Ernest said. 

Felix’s spirits were lifted as he hadn’t gone fishing in a long time, so he said, “You go ahead, Mr. Holt Senior. I’ll stay and fish a little longer.” 

“Okay.” Ernest packed up his gear.
