Nick shook his head and said with a smile, "I'm sorry, Mr. Blake. If I'm upsetting you, I'll make it up to you later. However, this is my territory, and I'll never let anyone cause a scene here."
Then, he turned to Archie and Ironhead and said calmly, "Mr. Baxter, Mr. Ironhead, if there is any conflict between you two, please handle it outside. I'm not allowing any killing here today. Otherwise, you'll be making the Norwich Group your enemy. Thank you for your understanding!"
Nick was bringing out the big guns. If anyone dared to start a fight at that moment, they would be making the Norwichs their enemies.
Even if everyone in the hall ganged up, they still wouldn't be the Norwich Group's match, so no one would be foolish enough to offend them.
Ironhead reacted first and said through gritted teeth, "Don't worry, Mr. Hance. Mr. Lynch and I want to be your friends, so we would never put you in a spot. That's why I'll definitely stop if you say so. However, the same can't be said with Mr. Baxter."
Meanwhile, Archie and Lincoln stayed silent for a moment. Then, Archie turned to Nick and said, "Mr. Hance, are you really going to interfere in this?"
Nick narrowed his eyes slightly and said, "Mr. Baxter, you've got it wrong. I'm not interfering in this. Instead, I'm just asking you to do this outside. I don't think that I'm being a busybody like this, right?"
Just as Lincoln was about to say something, Archie shook his head. Then, he turned to Nolan and said respectfully, "Mr. Greene, if you're not in a hurry, can you wait for me?"
He was making it sound like Nolan was the one deciding if the Baxters would fight. The way Archie was treating Nolan was completely the opposite of how Shaun was treating him.
Meanwhile, Ironhead scoffed and said, "In that case, I shall look forward to it. Boys, leave now!"
His men left in no time as well, and it was quiet in the hall again. However, it didn't feel the same anymore.
Nolan took a step forward and coldly looked at Shaun.
He said with a faint smile, "Mr. Shaun, can you go through with our bet now? After all, everyone here is a witness! You're not going to go back on your word, right?"
