"Are we there, yet?" she asks him again. nik rolls his eyes with a smile, which irritated the shit out of her. they had been driving for 3 hours and he hadn't told where they were going. "nope" he said popping 'p'. mia sighed and glanced at him. "so, I heard from a little birdie that, you broke into office" nik states with a smirk. mia groans and looks at him "nik" she says in a warning tone, he chuckles and zips his lip. "I still can't believe a goody-two-shoes as you broke into the office," he says and mia hits his arm, the car sways making mia yelp. "don't hit the driver," nik says regaining the control of the car. mia rolls her eyes and sticks her tongue out at him. "put it back before I do something I don't regret"

nik says glancing at her, she becomes red and hides her face with her hair. "don't hide your beautiful face from me" nik says reaching out and removing the hair which was covering her face. if possible she becomes more red making nik smirk. he called me beautiful!. her past boyfriend called her beautiful before but she didn't blush like this. what is nik knight doing to her?

nik parks his cars making mia snap out of her thoughts. he gets out and runs to her side before she could open the door. he opens it and stretches his hand, mia looks at his hand and back at his face.

she grabs it and steps out of the car. mia looks around there weren't any cars around them. she looked at the building before them. a very big k was on the building. "come on princess" nik says grabbing her hand and leading her in. "where are we?" mia asks as they enter the building. a bulky man in his thirties stops in front of them "gli accordi to the hai chiesto sono pronti capo" he says something in a foreign language. she couldn't understand much but she figures it was something nik had asked to be done. it was Italian mia thought. nik nods and mia nudges him, he rolls his eyes then looks back at the man "thank you" he says making the man's eyes widen.

nik continues to walk, dragging mia along not sparing a glance to the shocked man."nik where are-" she cuts herself off looking before her. there were on an open field, a runway, there were buildings surrounded by them but mia's eyes stayed on the runway. nik bought her to one of the buildings which had planes in them, there were pictures of parachutes and pilots. shocked, mia looked around with wide eyes, the planes were beautiful, sure she traveled on air before but this was entirely different. she stops to admire a red plane with white wings, she couldn't help but feel drawn to the plane. it was a venerable Cessna 182 pure red plane, she stepped forward and ran her fingers through the wings. "kitten" she turns to see nik in skydiving gear.

she raises an eyebrow at him and he brings her to him, she slams against his chest making mia gasp and looks up. mia steps back and nik hands her red and white gear, she frowns "what are you-" she pauses herself and looks at the plane, then at him and back at the gear. "want to touch the clouds with me?" nik asks her with a smirk. skydiving? it was in her bucket list since she was little. mia was not scared of heights, in fact, she loved them, excitement bubbled inside of her along with many questions, didn't mia need to train before the whole jumping out of the plane thing. she opens and closes her mouth like a fish. "well kitten?" nik asks her again, mia quickly takes it and puts it on. she walks out to see nik talking to some man. she walks up to nik who openly stared at her, he was wearing a blue and white gear with an R and K single letter on his chest the same as her "ready baby girl?" he asks her, mia smiles and nods excitedly.

nik explains how they would be doing tandem skydiving, nik would have a parachute. he explained to her how to exit the aircraft, how to do maneuvers in freefall, and other rules. mia listened to every word he said carefully, she couldn't help but admire him, he looked very handsome while he was so focused on teaching her the rules. the way his lips moved, his eyes were serious yet playful. "hey! listen to what I'm saying kitten" he says waving in front of her face, making her snap out of her sensual thoughts. "if you are done ogling me, we can leave princess" he says with a smirk.

mia rolls her eyes at him "as if" she mutters walking up to him. nik smiles interlocking their fingers.

"no need to shy baby, I know I'm pretty hot to look at," he says to her as they reach a navy blue and white venerable Cessna 182, it had a K and R logo in a single letter. mia takes a deep breath and admires the plane. okay, I'm going to jump out of the plane soon. 10,000 feet. yay! no need to get scared. "come on baby" he says helping her into the plane, she gets on and sits next to her.

she could feel the temperature change and pressure on her skin. It's felt like opening the refrigerator door on a hot day and having that wave of cool rush over you. The wind resistance from the freefall speed feels like pressure. Not painful, but instead like she is being supported but can also move her arms and legs. the parachute opens and there it was total quietness, the kind of quiet that can only be noticed after chaos. The serene kind. she could feel Nik's breath against her ear, she could hear her breath, her heart as they reached the ground.

they stumble as they land but reign balance. she detaches herself from nik and jumps around. "oh my god, I can't believe I did that, it was awesome, I just jumped out of the plane, the air, everything, oh my god I was flying" mia screams as she runs back to nik who had a smile on his face, "so, did you like it?" he asks as he wraps his arms around her. mia grins and peppers kiss all over his face while standing on her toes "I loved it, I loved it" she says to him. nik ears turn pink making mia smirk "is the great Niklaus knight blushing?"

nik scoffs at her "no I'm not" he says stepping away from her. mia nods "yes you are". he shakes his head "are not," nik says stepping forward. "are too," mia says with a smirk. "are not," he says stepping closer, "are too," mia says as she takes a step backward. "are not" nik says grabbing her arm and pulling mia to him. "are to cutie" mia says and bobs his nose, making him scrunch up his face.

"Mia!" he whines then smirks. "what are yo-oomph" she falls on her back with a thud, nik on top of her. "Nik!" she whines as he leans to her "take it back," he says grabbing her both wrists with one hand and placing it on top of her head. mia smirks and sticks her tongue out. Nik's eyes darken making mia squirm. "what did I say about sticking your tongue out huh?" he whispers in her ear in a husky voice. mia gulps and looks at him as she bites her lip, his eyes darken more and he brings his hand to her face and gently places it on her cheek. he leans in and mia closes her eyes. "I'm not cute" he whispers in her ear and gets off of her. she opens her eyes to see him chuckling. mia glares and stands up. "your face" he breaths between the laughs, she huffs and walks away from him.

"kitten, hey kitten!" she hears him call her which makes her walk faster. she smirks as an idea pops in her head. she stops and nik catches up to her. "Look I'm-" she cuts him off by pressing her lips against his, he froze for a sec but kisses her back while bending down to her height. the kiss deepens and mia smirks as his tongue runs against her lips. mia bites his lower lop and pulls back keeping her eyes on him. she steps back satisfied and walks away from him. "what-t the...Mia!" he yells making her giggle mischievously. she looks back to see him running up to her, her eyes widen and she begins to run in direction of the hangar.
