Luna was struck when she saw Nina Kissing luca under the mahogany tree. She wished that she was mistaken but her eyes were deceiving her. She watched as her heart broke once again. Nina was practically devouring Luca, and he was not stopping her. He held her by the waist and participated in the kiss. She watched as their tongues entwined and their mouths consumed each other. Just then she let out a growl and Luca came to his senses. He saw Luna and realized what had happened. He could not understand what had just happened and saw the hurt in Luna’s eyes. He quickly pushed Nina away and walked toward Luna.

She looked at him with pain in her eyes and ran off into the woods. Luca was inclined to go after her but he could not. Something was holding him back. He stayed at Nina’s side until the evening. Throughout the day Luca felt torn. His heart was with Luna but his body did otherwise. It didn’t feel real and She kept spraying him with this perfume. He didn’t even like the scent. What was going on. He needed to break free from what ever this was. He knew that it was not normal what was happening to him but he didn’t know how to fix it.

“Luca!” his father emerged from the trees and Luna ran as she knew that Luca’s father would know what she had done. She had been warned by her mother but she so loved the power that she had over Luca that she decided to enjoy it. Now she’d been seen and no doubt the prince would have her hunted when he found out. “Luca, what is wrong with you! Get my son to the palace and find the elder!”

The palace guards pick up Luca and like lightning took him to the palace. Luca’s father was sure that it was witchcraft and immediately summoned Luna’s uncle and Nina’s parents along with Nina. Everyone made haste and were present except Nina. Her adopted parents had no idea where she was. This just confirmed the prince’s suspicions. He however kept his calm and awaited word from the elder and spirit healer.

Luca could not speak but he had his wits about him. It was just that he had no control of his body. “What the hell is going on? What did that bitch do to me? I will have her head when I recover from this. She set me up and possibly drugged me with this perfume. She made me look weak and horrible in Luna’s eyes. I will Kill her when I recover from this.” He thought to himself. Luca lay still as the healer did her thing. She had identified the problem and told Luca’s father that Lt was a love spell that was used on Luca and as the person used too much it paralyzed Luca and that he would be ok but it would take some time to recover.

All she had were a few glances, an erection from him that could have been imagined, and a few displays of affection from Luca. He never came out to tell her that he loved her, or wanted her or even kissed her like he did Nina. She only got a peck on her forehead and probably so she would feel better. He’d probably done it out of pity. And there she was walking on air thinking that she would be chosen by a prince, the love of her life. She sat on the bed torturing herself with the image of that kiss and her heart broke. She felt heart wrenching pain from it all.

“Luna, come to your senses. What gave you the idea that someone like him would even consider you as his mate. Come to your senses. He’s known her all his life. Who knows how long they’d been doing it. Why did you get your hopes up? Luna, come to your senses. Please. You cannot appear to be this weak.” With that she got into the shower and went straight to bed, seeking solace and comfort in her dreams.
