NARRATOR
Drakomir looked at her intensely, the truth reflecting in those wolfish pupils.
“You’d better keep that promise… and hand my woman back now. Or isn’t it enough that you already stole my daughter from me?” Zarek muttered, reaching for Celine, whose face was drenched in tears.
Between hormones and emotions, she wasn’t hiding a thing.
“Mama, don’t cry so much, you’ll hurt the baby…” Victoria hugged both her parents, her eyes redder than usual.
So grateful for all the love they’d always given her, to the point of spoiling her a little too much.
Her gaze drifted to the front row, where Rousse and Meridiana were, with a radiant smile.
But her eyes locked on her dearest uncle, who looked at her with deep affection.
Victoria winked at him like she always did, so Quinn would keep her little escapades and mischief secret from her parents.
The kind lycan smiled and placed a hand over his chest, showing her in silence how much he loved her.
Victoria had received nothing but good feelings.
Now she’d go on being spoiled and fearsome, but she’d be the scourge of that Wolf Lord who was going crazy over her.
Drakomir finally had her in his arms and, while the elders stepped down from the altar, he guided her to the center, where all the couples were gathering.
Just like them, the lycan twins had their emotional moment too.

At the same time, Valeria had walked down the aisle between the guests’ chairs assigned to her sons.
She searched for her male; he was supposed to be in the front row waiting for her, but Aldric was nowhere to be seen.
She frowned a little; however, right now she had a mission: to give away her big redheaded boys.
What her Selenic “antenna” wasn’t picking up was her beloved King’s private conversation with his sons.
“Pups, even though you’ve spent years trying to steal your mother from me, you know how much I love you, right?”
Magnus and Fenrir were surprised to hear Aldric’s voice, and the strangest part was the rough tone vibrating from deep within.
As if he were deeply moved.
“I think the old man drank something weird.”
“Fenrir, I can hear what you’re saying to your brother, I’m your damn King... Son, I’m trying to give you my blessing... don’t make me want to kick your ass.”
The sentimentality went a bit to hell.
Aldric sounded more like their brother than their father.
But words were hardly needed when, through their bond, Fenrir and Magnus had always felt their “old man’s” love.
The incredible Lycan King.
They loved shifting into wolf cubs and running everywhere. Sigrid had been calmer.
So many memories rushed through Aldric’s mind and, through his bond with their wolves, his love for his three children flowed.
Sigrid lifted her head toward a shadowed spot, tucked against one of the castle’s towers.
Her father was there, hiding. What was her dear Lycan King up to now?
They’d find out soon enough.
“Well, since we all love each other so much, I want you to read a document I left on my desk tomorrow. I’m counting on you, boys,” Aldric added at last, mysteriously.
Magnus was about to ask what he was plotting, but they had already reached the end of the aisle, which seemed to have lasted an eternity.
Fenrir tuned out Aldric’s instructions because all his attention had been captured by his favorite redhead in the entire world.
Abigail wore a fiery red dress in the bold style of Centuria women.
Wildly hot and beautiful.
The prince was about to praise her with what was on the tip of his tongue, but Hakon’s stern face stopped him.
Better behave today.
“I’m entrusting you with my two precious treasures,” Valeria told the twins, extending her sons’ hands toward them.
