Frank punched the boy with the gun, breaking his wrist and grabbing the gun.
Breaking it under his foot, he then wheeled on the other college students, speaking as he walked, "Everyone, he was going to kill you just a second ago. What are you going to do about that?"
The college students were initially quiet, but they soon turned and grinned darkly at their friend.
They did not bother about Frank, and he had saved their lives. So what was a so-called friend in comparison?
Like Frank had put it, their so-called friend was going to kill them—no one in their place could tolerate that!
And there certainly was no need for tolerance when there was no way they could tolerate this, and thus the college students started clobbering him.
On the other hand, the rangers and the four biology students hurried to Frank, promptly showering him with praise.
"That was just so amazing, kid! Where did you learn it?"
"To be honest, you have more research value than the wolf you're carrying!"
Frank chuckled. "That's really the tip of the iceberg. Plenty of secrets awaits… Like this one!"
He lifted his thumb and blew on it, slicing it off!
However, even before the severed thumb dropped on the ground, it flew upward, reattaching itself to Frank. The blood from the wound flowed back as well, and the thumb was soon good as new!
Someone could not help swearing. "Shit, you're like Wolverine!"
That was when the girl whom Frank had taken an interest in asked softly, "Is it really alright to let them be?"
Frank chuckled coolly. "I certainly don't mind things getting out of hand, or they wouldn't learn their lesson."
Everyone was taken aback for a moment but soon laughed heartily.
Those college students were so sickened that they needed to learn their lesson—that much was true.
"My grandfather has spoken of people like you, and that his success today is thanks to such people. That's why I'd like to be friends instead of missing out!"
Frank glanced at the business card—the girl's name was Janice Zahn, and she was an ordinary citizen.
The boy beside him added, "Don't think for a second that she's an average person. Her father owns billions, and she wouldn't be our friend if she wasn't so passionate about biology."
"It won't be an exaggeration to say that her father's net worth is in the top ten in the country," another student added. "She's an undisputed heiress to an empire, so it's a testament to your vision that you took an immediate interest in her!"
Janice laughed. "To be honest, I was going to give him my body and not save you all. Such a shame that didn't happen."
As everyone laughed, the chief ranger pointed at the boy beaten to a pulp. "What do we do about him?"
"What else can we do? Just leave him be!" Janice snorted in disdain.
"No," Frank said firmly. "Take him to the ICU. Let him suffer!"
