Frank nodded in understanding—it seemed that he was being paranoid.
While Monte's twin's ear might appear strange, he just had to hide it with a scarf.
That being said, would he really have to steal Monte's photo if he looked identical to Monte?
It just did not make sense!
Still, Frank told Robbie, "It doesn't matter what you were doing before. We welcome you with open arms if you only work on your research, and we can also assure you that you're free from any distractions.
"When it comes to troublemakers, there's only one way to deal with them."
Frank gestured across his neck before continuing, "That being said, if you aren't content with the current conditions and overstep, I still wouldn't spare you."
Robbie nodded. "I understand, and don't worry—that's why I'm here. It's calm here, unlike abroad, so it's an ideal work environment. I definitely won't step on anyone's toes."
And with that, the discussion was over.
As Frank and Sue sent Robbie back to the research lab, however, Frank sensed something strange as he alighted.
Pushing Robbie out of the way, he reached out and snatched a throwing knife out of thin air!
"What?!" Sue exclaimed in shock.
Frank did not stop to think however.
He turned, and promptly spotted someone leaping over rooftops as they fled toward the north!
"Take Robbie to Higo Soldi! Don't do anything else!" he barked as he started to chase.
"Okay!"
Soon, Frank reached the outskirts of Shanton, arriving outside a rundown temple.
A man in rags soon emerged.
While he looked like a beggar, there was brimming confidence in his eyes, as if Frank was nothing to him!
"Who are you?!"
And it was none other than Ace himself!
"H-How did you find him?!" Zemo exclaimed in shock.
Frank chuckled. "The fact that you made it a challenge meant that he's definitely nearby. And with the all-seeing eye I have, I can find anyone—finding him is perfectly logical."
Zemo clapped and sighed. "You really are one of a kind! Well, now that you've met each other, take your time—I'll be going if there's nothing else."
And with those words, Zemo left.
Frank then flung Ace on the ground and saw that he did look identical to Monte, aside from the missing ear.
It was just as he had predicted.
Frank had found him drunk at a karaoke bar, and he was too intoxicated to wake up.
Still, Frank placed a hand on him, infusing him with spiritrons to sober him up.
