Jada loathed Sue, but she also knew that she would upset Frank if she started another fight with her.
As such, she simply ignored Sue and told Frank, "I'll recall more of our people, just to make sure they're not causing trouble."
"Sure, it couldn't hurt."
Soon after Jada left, Nadia Quill entered, taking her seat and asking softly, "My sister said you're in trouble, but don't you worry—it's just a business conglomerate, and being rich is really no big deal. You have our family's full support."
Frank smiled, shaking his head. "I'm not worried about them. You should be more careful, though—don't let them get the better of you."
"Don't worry—I can't help much, but I won't be a burden!"
Nadia smiled. "Also, there's still some things I can do, so check this out!"
She whipped out a USB stick from her pocket and passed it to Frank, who inserted it in his computer to see a list of Shagan companies and their transaction records with BM Group.
"You found so much already?" Frank exclaimed, surprised by Nadia's efficiency.
Nadia nodded. "It's not just me either. My sister and Ms. Ingram were working on it too, so that's why we got it so quickly! Anyway, you don't have to worry about those small companies outside of this town, since my sister will deal with them. Naturally, she won't push them to the brink if they only had normal business relationships with BM Group.
"As for those in this town… My sister said it's up to you, since she shouldn't meddle in your turf."
Frank nodded—he had to admit that there were times when Sayna knew the rules. "You can acquire some of the smaller companies. Pull out if anything looks fishy and let Jada handle it."
Since most in Frankton Group considered Nadia an outsider, they might not necessarily follow her instructions. While Frank was keen to groom her, she might have trouble handling something like this which required teamwork, so he offered her a backup plan first.
As the cycle continued, they finally dropped the ball. Even if BM Group still stood, they were an outcast and basically cornered.
It was why they were keen to have Frank in their ranks—with the power of the spiritron vein, no one would oppose them ever again!
Seeing Frank's amusement, Jouri warned him, "Do you know what I'm worried about the most? Whether they've infiltrated Shagan. How would you handle them then?"
Frank realized with a start—that much was true.
Sure, they could not control him, but what if they somehow framed him? It could lead to a domino effect, which would be not good for him at all.
"We'll just watch and see." He sighed. "Though it'd be great if we can eliminate them before all else, since that would spare us the worry completely."
