"Bloody Mary? As in the cocktail?" Sayna smirked.
Naturally, she knew about the legend of Bloody Mary that was told before the cocktail, but she did not want to let slip a chance to diss Mary. Even if she was not given a beating, it was just a matter of time if Frank was not here.
Mary glanced at Sayna in contempt and ignored her as she continued, "The auction company which Ken Zacek worked for is a subsidiary of BM Group, my family's company. In every generation, a member of the family named Mary would take full control and eliminate those who stand in their way!"
Frank smiled in wry amusement—what was with that teenage fantasy? Also, they might as well settle for the Illuminati if they wanted to go that far.
"In that case, let's see how you're going to eliminate me!" He chuckled, not afraid of Mary's threat.
Killing never led to accomplishments, and would Mary really dare move against someone as strong as him?
Forget how strong Draconians were against foreigners—Frank had a hunch that Mary could not even get herself a gun, and killing him would be just a pipe dream.
Meanwhile, Mary was laughing. "They told me that you're a funny one, and now that I've met you, it's certainly true! But just because I won't move against you, it doesn't mean I'd do the same to those who work for you—"
Frank was sick of Mary's threat right then and seized her by the neck. "Go on, try it!"
Mary's eyes widened so much they could pop out of their sockets.
She had heard that Frank did not play by the rules and that he would turn against anyone the instant they went too far, but she just did not think that he would attack her!
Even so, she growled through her teeth, "You'd better be sure about this… If I die, many others will follow me to my grave!"
As Donnie led them out of the building, Jouri walked up to Frank and reasoned, "Mr. Frankton, could you do me a favor and let her go?"
"A favor, you say? You're asking for a really big favor here!"
Frank was really reluctant to let a thorn in his side live, or who knew what she would do in response to this.
While he would not be in trouble, he could not say the same for Alda Ingram and the other ladies.
There was also Vicky Turnbull and others who were not in Shagan. Frank had to do this, even if it was to demonstrate his resolve!
