Rudy completely ignored Sayna.
Getting to his feet, he beckoned at his thugs. "You're all coming with me."
"We are?!"
The thugs were incredulous—if Rudy was afraid of fighting Frank directly, would they even stand a chance?!
He was clearly using them as cannon fodder!
That was when Rudy growled, "Or would you rather die right here?"
The thugs all stopped resisting at Rudy's threat and followed him out of the room, leaving just Fiona, Uran, Sayna, and the woman Rudy kidnapped.
Sayna smirked and walked up to untie the woman, only for Uran to stop her. "Are you crazy?! Rudy's crazy! If he finds out, he'll kill us!"
Sayna rolled her eyes at him. "You're six feet tall, but you don't even have a pair! Honestly, what did my father even see in you?!
"Just use your head for one second—why would Rudy keep us around if he can really win against Lugh Frankton? I'm sure Lugh's ring is powerful, and I'd like to have it myself, but that's still not a reason for us to work with Rudy!"
Even as she finished, Sayna had freed the woman and whispered to her, "You can be my witness. We defected in time, so be lenient when we face the music!"
The woman nodded and left without a word, while Fiona smirked behind them. "Rudy is not your average Joe, y'know. If you bet on the wrong horse and he finds out, you'd be dead."
Sayna shrugged, nonchalant. "Then I guess I'd just die. Being an adult means to take responsibility for one's actions."

Meanwhile, Rudy had led the thugs toward Frank.
Countless well caps shot over thirty feet up the air, with puffs of white smoke ejecting out.
The smoke spread rapidly, shrouding the old town—soon, one could barely see their own fingers.
"Master! Are you alright?!" Jada reached toward Frank, asking in concern for his safety.
"I'm fine." Frank sighed. "Though I pity the thugs… they may be an unruly bunch, but they haven't really done anything wrong. It's a tragedy that they're reduced to that state!"
"To what state?" Jada was confused, though she soon spotted countless gleaming specks appearing in the smoke, seemingly answering her question.
Jada frowned. "What are those?"
"What else could they be?" Frank snorted. "Look closely!"
