Jouri said, "Come on. Even if you don't trust me, you can trust your own strength and believe that you'd definitely overcome any hurdles I have in store for you."
Frank remained half in the dark but decided he should help for Alda Ingram's sake.
As they sped away, Ida and Sadie were left trading glances. "What do we do now?"
Sally smiled. "I'll get you a car. As apprentices, you really shouldn't be third-wheeling when your mentor is flirting!"
Both Ida and Sadie smiled but said nothing, as their mentor was really so lucky with women that even they were a little jealous.

Meanwhile, Frank drove for thirty minutes, eventually arriving outside a mansion.
Jouri alighted and said, "My boss would like to see you. He has a gift waiting!"
Frank followed her into the mansion, not particularly aware of what was happening.
He then felt a strange sensation when he stepped inside and looked down to see that his ring was reacting with a purple glow.
"Your ring could sense it, it seems…" Jouri trailed off pointedly.
Frank was even more curious now. "Who on earth are you?"
Jouri smiled. "You'll know soon enough."
Just as she finished, Frank heard raspy breathing and footsteps, and he turned to see a man in a black cloak, a top hat, and a Guy Fawkes mask emerging from the darkness.
His breathing was irregular, and Frank could tell that he was old.
"Hello, young man!"
Hector quickly shook his head. "I mustn't take what's yours, and it would be pointless if I do anyway. Everyone knows that it's an object of terrible omens, and it would curse us permanently for the rest of our lives if we try to claim it.
"Anyway, I asked Ms. Yelin to bring you here to give you this—so that you could make something like this."
Hector whistled, and a black-clad man soon appeared and put a box on the table.
Smiling and bowing at Frank, Hector sighed. "We're not making it. The rest is up to you."
Frank remained confused, as he still had no idea where Hector was from and why he had approached him.
But judging from the conversation they had, he could tell that Hector was hiding something as well, especially on the box.
There was most definitely some unique restriction on the emerald they made, or they would not be so eager to help Frank.
