The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage novel Chapter 2160

"Then let's get started. How are we going to do this?" Jouri asked, having already whipped out her phone.

"There's an app where we can play dice. See here…"

Meg walked up, helping Jouri and Alda get the app, and Alda asked, "So how do four people play this?"

"We will split into two groups," Jouri suggested. "Meg and I will be on one team, while Lugh and Alda will be on the other. That way, the team can decide the punishment, don't you agree?"

Alda and Frank nodded, but that was not the same for Meg—if the punishment was not random, then why would she bother playing?

Regrettably, Jouri was famous while Alda was the Ingram's sole heiress, so Meg could not mess with them.

While she agreed to it reluctantly, she also suggested, "How about I take the first roll, Ms. Yelin?"

"Sure." Jouri spread her hands, sitting down in amusement.

Alda smiled then. "You know I'm bad with dice games, Jouri. Let Mr. Frankton roll."

"Whatever, it's your decision. Also, you shouldn't ask for their opinion!" Jouri exclaimed, already locked in.

Alda smiled, while Frank rolled the dice to reveal five sixes.

On the other hand, Meg got two threes and four, five, six—a terrible roll.

"Do whatever you like."

Jouri was smart enough not to resist, having thought of how to handle her punishment already.

"We'll go first. One three!"

"A pair," Frank followed up.

"Two sixes!" Meg exclaimed, using random bets in an effort to bluff and perhaps confuse Frank.

However, that only played right into Frank's hands. "Three sixes."

"Four!" Meg exclaimed.

Still, come to think of it… losing was not necessarily terrible, as being at Frank's mercy could get them closer too!

"Risk or Tell?" Alda smiled.

Meg wanted Risk, but she had no place here, so she turned to Jouri instead.

Jouri considered it and smiled. "Risk. You can do anything you want as long as I don't have to leave this room."

As she finished, she shot Meg a pointed look, but she had no idea what that was supposed to mean.

However, she could see that Jouri did not mind letting things get out of hand, and that suited her just fine in achieving her own goal.

"Go on, Mr. Frankton. What would you like them to do?" Alda then asked.

"You decide." Frank waved her off, not interested.

Seeing that Frank was excusing himself, Alda lowered her head in thought.
