The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage novel Chapter 2058

Moreover, if they were local, they would not ever be showing up, even if Frank could wait until hell froze over.

But that was fine!

Frank swung his arm, breaking Bojo's left arm with the side of his palm.

"Argh!!!"

Even as Bojo screamed, Frank growled, "If you do something like this again, I'll kill you!"

"Yes, yes, yes—I won't do it ever again!" Bojo cried. "I'll deactivate my number so they won't be able to contact me! This won't ever happen again!"

However, Frank shook his head. "Don't do that yet. Give me your phone!"

"Wait, you're just a rival here to steal my business?"

Bojo sighed but was still afraid to complain. "You could have just said so earlier! I would've let you have it!"

Frank rolled his eyes. "I'm not in this business. I'm just here to investigate. Remember—don't tell anyone, or you'll do time for the things you did!"

Bojo seemed to realize it with a start when he heard the phrase 'do time' and quickly said, "I get it! Don't worry, I understand—I'll cooperate!"

Frank had an idea what Bojo thought he was, but did not care—it was better that way too, as it would work as a cover.

"Your car…"

"Oh, I have no use for it!" Bojo exclaimed, incredibly tactful. "Just take it and go wherever you want. It's a present from me!"

"Good. I just happened to need transport!"

Frank got in and started the ignition when he remembered something. "By the way, what payment method do you deal with?"

"Cash!"

"Allow me to introduce you!" Whitney said as he led the man toward Frank. "This is Lugh Frankton, a university student. This is Jason Chand, Miles' son!"

"Huh?!" Frank did a double take.

"I'm sure you think that I'm a sorry excuse for a person."

Jason laughed as he continued on with his monologue. "To be honest, I hate myself too. I had to put in blood, sweat, and tears out there and only come back when I made some money. I decided I should come back right away and stop those loan sharks from continuing to hound my dad.

"When I did, I ran into Whitney who told me all about you. I thought I shouldn't worry you, so I asked Whitney to call and check if you're safe. If you weren't, I'd make them pay!"

He had the cheer and candidness of a Northwestern gentleman, and Frank nodded. "People make mistakes. It's a good thing that you know how to change your ways!"

"Since you have the money now, just pay everything back and settle down. Start a family while your old man sits back and enjoys retirement."

Jason quickly nodded. "You're right, I think so too… But I have more important things to do."
