As the chandelier overhead snapped and collapsed right between his legs, Dr. Georg did not even have time to scream as the floor crumbled beneath his feet.
Megan's mansion had split in half, with one half crumbling!
"Argh!"
There was a blood-curdling scream as Dr. Georg was soon buried in the collapsing debris.
The only person in the room who did not move was Megan, whose fate remained unknown but was otherwise in one piece.
She lay in her room, which was split in half, since the damage from Frank and Saul's fight did not reach her side of the room.
"Brat…"
Nonetheless, the fight was not over even with half of Megan's mansion collapsing.
In fact, Saul was surprised that Frank was this strong.
There was no question that in terms of pure vigor, Frank was no match for a full-fledged Ascendant-ranked elite like Saul.
However, Frank's pure vigor also embodied an unusual strength. That, coupled with the unparalleled techniques he was using, left Saul feeling that he was on the backfoot.
Still, he roared defiantly, "I will not be defeated by some brat!"
The ground of Quill Manor seemed to shake as Saul charged his Dragon Nail technique with all the pure vigor he had, his finger emanating blue radiance as he bellowed, "You're going down!"
"Five-Peat Archaeus! Death Eater! Chimera Claw!"
Frank did not hold back either, his skin turning red in exertion as his strength and techniques melded with considerable compatibility.
There was a bestial roar, and Saul actually thought he heard his dragon projection groaning in pain.
Soon, crushed by a might that seemed endless, it was crushed.
"What the…"
Alba, who needed considerable effort just to climb out of the debris, immediately saw the crater and Frank, who stood proudly at the edge.
Alba felt the creeps even as he looked on. "Saul… actually lost?"
As the acting head of the family, Saul certainly had individual ability.
In fact, he was the strongest man with the exception of Governor Quill, which was why considered himself the best choice to succeed the governor.
As such, he always carried himself above the rest—not that anyone dared to question his authority anyway.
But now, someone had.
It was Frank, who had proven that to the Quill family with his ability.
