She turned, keeping her back to Helen as she wiped her tears. "What did he do to upset you? What did he owe you that you keep abusing him like this? Don't you know that everything he did is for your sake? Who do you think is the reason your stupid company can last until now?! Would you even have reached where you are now without him?!"

Even as Vicky pointed at Helen and snapped, Gina, who was listening outside, had enough.

She charged into Helen's office, snapping at Vicky, "Ms. Turnbull! This is Lanecorp, not Turnbull Estate! You don't get to—"

"Get out!" both Vicky and Helen yelled at the same time, leaving Gina at once dumbstruck.

Her mouth hung open, but there was nothing she could say as she quietly closed the door and left.

With the distraction gone, Vicky turned toward Helen again.
