“Leon, have you…have you gone insane? Doing this serves no benefit for you at all and in fact, might harm you!” Ariel widened her eyes in shock as her jaw dropped. She never thought, not even in her wildest dreams, that Leon would want to buy out Elegante Group just to help Iris tide over this difficult time of her life!

“I’m not insane. I’m just giving my all so that I don’t leave any regrets behind…” Leon smiled.

“Well…okay then.” Ariel glanced at him with a strange expression as she began to mope.

Iris was her best and only friend, and Leon was doing all this for Iris‘ sake. Since Leon was asking her, Ariel would never say no to him, but she had to admit that she could not help feeling even more jealous of Iris now, especially how easily Iris had won Leon’s entire heart!

After lunch, Leon and Ariel left the restaurant and went about their respective days.

With Ariel’s help, Leon was not at all worried as he knew that Ariel would take good care of everything. However, he seemed to have spoken too soon!
