Angus could not help bursting into laughter as he said this, he knew Leon for a while now and was beginning to grow familiar with Leon's background.

Initially, he thought Leon was just a nobody who hailed from Springfield City and would not be able to achieve much in a big city like the Southern Region, but now, he finally realized just how much he underestimated Leon!
