The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge novel Chapter 1629

The same “death sentence” from twenty years ago was given to him once again by Old Master Larson.

“I’m eighty now. I’ve had a major illness and I’ve come to understand that even if I keep these old grudges, they are beyond my control now.”

Old Master Larson coughed a few times, but his tone had undeniable authority. “From now on, don’t punish Arnold because of Mila and the Thompson family’s matter. It’s enough for us to have no interaction with the Thompsons on the surface.

“KS Group dominates in Hatchbay, and Wyatt’s children are all coming to their own. I heard his precious daughter, Bella, is already discussing marriage with the Salvador Corporation’s president in Savrow. If the two families unite, anyone who goes against them will be doomed.

“If you provoke the Thompson family too much, even if Wyatt ignores you, Mila and those children might take you up. I’ve worked all my life. I don’t want to see my children turn against each other in my old age. Just let it go.”

The call ended.

“Dad… You’re willing to let Mila become Wyatt’s mistress with no legal title, being subjected to gossip, rather than fulfilling my wish?”

Alvin’s expression was gloomy and pale, like a statue about to crack in the cold. “Is it because I am adopted? Do you think I don’t deserve your biological daughter?”

Suddenly, someone urgently knocked on the door.

Soon after, Aaron ran in anxiously. “Dad! Shit! Arnold escaped through the window!”

Alvin’s pupils contracted.

He immediately rushed to Arnold’s room with the butler and secretary.

The balcony window was wide open, and the cold night breeze blew in, sending a chill down everyone’s spine!

“Did you search everywhere?!” Alvin’s voice trembled with panic.

“We have!”

Bella wanted to go with him, but Justin did not want her to tire herself out. So he advised her to stay at Yara Park and spend time with Chairman Thompson.

On the private plane to Meridan, Justin used his laptop to search for detailed information about the medication.

Ian brought a cup of coffee and placed it gently in front of him. “Mr. Salvador, you’ve not rested since you boarded the plane. You’ve been either reviewing documents or researching. Take a break. Your eyes are turning red.”

“If you’re tired, you can rest first.” Justin lowered his eyes, picked up the coffee cup, and took a sip.

Ian sighed. “Actually, you can just assign me to this task. It would be better for you to spend more time with Young Madam. Why go to the trouble of traveling so far?”

“Christopher, that venomous snake, is cunning, calculative, and full of lies. But he said this medicine is a proprietary research patent of Meridan, only available to royalty and the highest nobility, which was the truth.”

Justin leaned back tiredly, his neck stretching into a graceful line. “So I can’t take this lightly. I must go in person to have any chance of success.”
