The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge novel Chapter 1363

[I can’t believe Bella operated on Charles. I have to suspect they are more than friends since she went as far as to treat an asshole.]

[I said it once, and I’ll say it again. It’s all about connections and money with the rich and powerful. Even a supposedly righteous person like Ms. Thompson is no exception. It’s the ordinary citizens like us who suffer.]

[You are such a disappointment, Bella Thompson! I’m no longer a fan of yours.]

“Hahaha! Look at the comments, James! This is fucking great!”

Charles wiggled his legs, which were crossed. “Did you see the comment about Bella and I being more than friends? Hahaha! That should piss Justin off enough to want to kill me. Fuck! If only I get a night with her. That witch has all the right assets. I bet she’d be a tease in bed!”

James interrupted Charles’ revolting remark with a grimace. “A tease? Do you think you can even get it up now?”

“Will you stop reminding me about that, James?!” Charles looked indignant.

“Bella has 101 ways to deal with you. Do you think you can take things far with her? You’re playing with fire.”

“Tsk. Can’t you just let me have my moment to fantasize?” Charles licked his lips lewdly.

James shook his head in disdain. If Charles were not his brother, James would not even waste another breath with him.

Charles admired the mean comments with a grin.

“Well, aren’t you in a good mood?”

James swirled his wine glass and sneered, “The online community is tearing into you, but you don’t seem to mind.”

James smiled humbly. “Charles is my brother and the apple of your eye. I will always do my best to help our family and share your troubles.”

“See, Dad! James is the only one who cares about you and our family. I’d be done for, if it wasn’t for James. You probably wouldn’t see me again.”

Charles pursed his lips in rage. “What did Christopher do for you since our family was in trouble? He’s just taking advantage of the situation while our family falls apart.”

“Don’t say that, Charles. Our company’s stock stabilized, and our project in Sentania is progressing well thanks to Chris,” Lance said sternly.

Then came the knock on the door. Christopher entered the room with a smile.

“Welcome home, Charles.”
