Tammie Gonzales was practically buzzing with excitement.
It felt surreal—almost like something out of a movie. The internet’s biggest sensation was her own cousin. The line between fiction and reality had never felt so thin.
When Tammie blurted out her question, Ann Templeton shot Amanda Gonzales a playful glare. “Mom, you really can’t keep a secret, can you? I told you I wanted to keep things low-key, but you just had to let it slip.”
Amanda just laughed, waving off Ann’s complaint. “Come on, honey, it’s only Tammie. She’s family.”
Ann turned to Tammie, her expression softening as she continued, “Tammie, what everyone’s saying online is true. I really did help Mr. Quinten out. Honestly, I never thought he’d find me—I didn’t even leave my name after I helped him. He tracked me down through a video someone posted online. I never wanted to become famous. It was just some stranger who posted that video of me from behind, and even then, I asked Mabel to keep it a secret. But she just had to tag me in the comments!”
She let out a small sigh, her voice tinged with nerves. “Now, to be honest, I feel a lot of pressure. I started making TikTok videos just to capture little moments of happiness in my life. Who could have guessed I’d suddenly have over fifty million followers?”
She never planned on fame!
For young people these days, that was almost unheard of.
Who didn't dream of being in the spotlight, adored by millions?
But Ann insisted she never wanted any of it.
And now that she was famous, she wasn’t showing off or bragging.
In Tammie’s eyes, that was nothing short of remarkable.
If it had been Caitlin Kensington, she’d have told the whole world by now—broadcasting far and wide that she was Victoria, that she was the one who’d saved Mr. Quinten.
