Corinne spotted them!

Corinne was discussing with Jason about how to develop the land at Serenity Bay when she sensed someone was staring at her. She turned to the particular direction, and her expression froze when she saw Sophia, Jeremy, and Benjamin. She did not expect to run into them there!

Jason, meanwhile, clung to Corinne's words adoringly. He rarely came across such a wise and calm girl as her, and the more he got to know her, the more he liked her.

However, he found it weird that she would suddenly stop talking. He turned to look at where she was looking as well, and was shocked to see Jeremy some distance away.

'He's back?!' he wondered.

Corinne and Jason stared at Jeremy for a long time, and it was Jason who snapped out of his daze first. He turned toward Corinne and said, "Corinne, Jeremy…"

Corinne did not even wait for him to finish his sentence before she started walking over to Jeremy. She gave Sophia a death glare and said, "So this is the husband you've mentioned?!"

Sophia immediately became racked with guilt. She was hoping they would be able to leave the place before Corinne discovered them, but alas, everything was too late.

It would arouse Jeremy's suspicions if she started running away then, so she remained standing where she was and just looked at Corinne quietly as she walked up to her.

Corinne's eyes were filled with bitter resentment while her lips curled up in mockery and hatred.

Sophia quickly snapped back to the present and put on a nonchalant expression. She did not answer her but instead said, "Corinne, what a coincidence running into you here. Are you here with your boyfriend?"

Corinne did not reject her. She followed her to somewhere a few hundred yards away. Her eyes were red with anger, but it was faked. She glared at Sophia and roared, "You better give me a good explanation as to why my husband is with you!"

"You saw it for yourself, too! He doesn't remember who you are at all! All he knows is I'm his wife!"

Corinne scoffed. "So you kept him by your side for the past three years? You only got this chance because he lost his memory!"

Sophia frowned. "Corinne, you're so full of yourself! Do you think he'll go back to you if he hasn't lost his memory? Well, let me tell you something. We were already together before he lost his memory!"

Corinne glared at her. "Is that so? I don't believe you. He wouldn't have gone to Molomia with you if you hadn't held the marriage certificate over him! You're taking advantage of his memory loss to lie and control him!"
