The Blue-eyed Wolf In The Woods novel Chapter 88

I looked up at him through my lashes to see him blush. "No, I had your mother Belle and Doc get you into this bed. Doc figured you'd heal faster and be more comfortable without clothes to scratch you while you slept. So I didn't see anything."

My eyes widened as I realized he must have read my thoughts. "Soon you will learn how to block me from your mind, if you want to of course. It's not that difficult. You just need to picture a wall around your thoughts and keep it locked up... you'll get better with practice." He said with a smile.

"Where am I?" I asked, still confused as to where I was.

"You're part of the pack now. We are in my house, the one that I share with my parents and grandparents. It's the Alpha's house. And this is your room. I designed everything myself. I also have three other rooms for your family. The Luna, and Alpha's family all live together. Of course I have other houses in our territory if you'd like to get out of the house, or away from everyone, but to the pack, family is everything, so we stay together..." He stopped rambling and locked his vibrant blue eyes with mine. "I really hope you like it. This is your personal room, that you can do anything with. You can have an office in here, or an art room, or music room, or you can keep it as your bedroom... whatever you like."

"What about you? Where will you stay?" I asked, nervous and anxious with him so close to me as I laid naked under the covers. He smiled back at me. "In my room of course. Which you are welcome to stay in... only if you want to." He answered back hesitantly.

"Do you want me to stay with you?" I asked.

Travis sighed and took my hand again, to kiss each knuckle. "Haven't you learned by now Krystal, that I can't live without you by my side? Of course I want you to sleep in the same bed as me. But it's your choice. And I'll always be right down the hall. And if you do choose to stay in my room, this room will still be yours to do as you please." He smiled down at me from his perch on the edge of my bed.

"Well, Travis, I'd hoped you'd have figured out by now that I can't live without you either. 10 years have passed and I'm more and more infatuated with you with each passing day. Although, I didn't imagine you to be an actual man. I thought I just had some crazy weird obsession with a wolf." I laughed nervously, and could feel my cheeks heat up and burn with the embarrassment of telling him how I felt.

"So, am I as attractive as you'd have hoped your true love to be?" He asked with a goofy smile.

"Mmm... hairier." I responded with a laugh.

"I love you too, Travis."

An entire year has passed since I turned into a werewolf. Almost a year since the pack and I took care of Dom. A year since my family found out I became a werewolf, and moved into the Alpha pack house with Travis and I.

After graduating high school I enrolled in a local community college, taking mostly mostly music, art and writing classes. Travis started training me and his pack to fight off the wolf gene during the cold months and stay human, if they so desired. Isabelle moved in to one of the other houes on the Rising Moon Pack territory, because she had finally found her nate as well, Travis' best friend and Beta; Derek. Mia and Callum were still a thing, and she finally met Travis and found out about the whole "wolfman" thing, as she called it. I thought, I had reached ny happy ending, and that life couldn't get more perfect, but I was wrong.

I woke up caccooned in warmth; peeling my eyes open I saw Travis' arm and legs draped over my body, trapping me in bed. The day I woke up after recovering from my stab wound, I decided I would sleep in Travis' bedroom. We were mates afterall, and the bedroom down the hall seemed so far away, now that we were finally together.
