James pointed at them and said, “You two, stay. Sit down and join me for some drinks.”
Rebella and Truett's past forms exchanged glances before looking toward the mysterious being.
The mysterious being responded, “Since you acknowledge him as your friend and master, you should listen to him.”
They sat down hesitantly, filled their cups with Chaos Absinthe, raised their glasses high, and drank the wine in one gulp.
James laughed, “You should’ve taken your time. It’s our farewell drink, after all.”
Rebella and Truett’s past forms were taken aback.
James, leisurely holding his cup, said, “Zella, be gentle. These two are my close confidants.”
Understanding the cue, Zella swiftly trapped them with two Path Nets while they were momentarily distracted.
“Master…”
“You’re someone I know?” James raised an eyebrow.
The mysterious being asked, “Are you ready to face me?”
James poured another drink and said, “Better now than later. It’s best to cut ties early.”
The mysterious being sighed. “Honestly, you’re the last person I’d wish to face from the Destiny Sect. But since you’ve come to me, I have no choice. After all, I know you very well.”
Then, he waved his hand, and the cushion beneath him gradually rotated. “Long time no see.”
James was about to take another sip of his wine when he paused mid-action. He raised his head, and his previously calm demeanor was replaced with shock. “It’s you?”

Unbelievable... I thought James was rid of the annoying "honey, darling" Thea by going to the Demonic Realm, but now she's gone there too *puke*...
This Thea is the most narcissistic woman of all, constantly interrupting James's cultivation, getting in the way of his plans and slowing him down. He was well rid of her but the author went bonkers a few hundred chapters into the story and decided to pair her back with James.. Yuck!...
Thea doesn't deserve James, it so sad he loves her...
