“Hmm?” The Waitara Path’s soul spirit narrowed his eyes at Yaretzi. “You’re not dead yet?”
“Aren’t you still here too?” Yaretzi retorted coldly.
The Waitara Path’s soul spirit burst into laughter. “Great! This is great! I didn’t expect two great treasures to be hiding here. It would be a wasted opportunity if I don’t devour you two!”
He smiled eerily and asked, “Which of you should I consume first?”
Youcef immediately stepped in front of Yaretzi. “Mother, take the Yin governor and go. I’ll hold him off.”
The Waitara Path’s soul spirit sneered, “You? Even your father wasn’t as arrogant as you.”
Yaretzi snorted, “You want me to run away? Although I’m a woman, I’ve never fled from a powerful opponent! Watch me!”
She rushed toward the Waitara Path’s soul spirit, leaving a trail of afterimages behind her.
Boom!
Before the Waitara Path’s soul spirit could react, Yaretzi’s palm strike knocked him back.
The Waitara Path’s soul spirit felt a shiver down his spine. He raised his head and saw Thea approaching, her body emitting colorful lights.
“Prepare to die!”
Suddenly, numerous snow-white lotuses emerged from her body and formed two massive phoenixes. They flapped their wings, rushing toward the Waitara Path’s soul spirit.
“A Hongrome Body?” The Waitara Path’s soul spirit’s eyes widened in disbelief.
He quickly cast a barrier, but the two phoenixes instantly shattered it. The next moment, they wrapped him within their wings.

This Thea is the most narcissistic woman of all, constantly interrupting James's cultivation, getting in the way of his plans and slowing him down. He was well rid of her but the author went bonkers a few hundred chapters into the story and decided to pair her back with James.. Yuck!...
Thea doesn't deserve James, it so sad he loves her...
