Yegor took a deep breath, put his hands behind his back, and said, “I know I can’t change your mind, but take my silly son with you.”
James refused decisively, “The Forladtt Land is extremely dangerous. He shouldn’t be there. Many other opportunities will arise in the future.”
After speaking, James opened up the Grimlore Map and disappeared from the spot.
Yegor was about to speak but swallowed his words after James left.
At that moment, Truett limped in, covered in bloodstains.
When he saw that Yegor was the only one standing in the garden, he frowned and asked, “Where did my friend go, Dad?”
“He left,” Yegor sighed deeply.
Truett frowned and said, “He left? He didn’t wait for me? How can he be so unfaithful?!!”
Yegor glared at him and reprimanded him, “Nonsense. He’s the most righteous person I’ve seen in a long time.”
Truett noticed something was wrong with his father’s expression and immediately knew something was off. He ignored the pain in his body and rushed over.
“What did you do tell him, Dad? Did you disagree about opening up a passage connecting Skynet and the Dark Genesis World?”
Seeing Truett worried, Yegor reached out to wipe the bloodstains on Truett’s face with a tender expression.
“If there’s a chance your friend doesn’t return, will you still go to the Forladtt Trial with him?”
Truett's reply was tacky, one that very few could truly put into practice. After all, not many would willingly die for another.
Yegor was happy his son had such a righteous heart and to have met a friend like James. At the same time, he felt pretty helpless about his son’s decision. However, he was unable to stop him. As a father, he had mixed feelings.
At that moment, a shout came from outside the door.
“Master, Yaquis Sect’s Leader has come to visit.”
Yegor frowned and said, “He finally showed up…”
With that said, Yegor hurried toward the door.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Almighty Dragon General
"Good things take time" Lol yeah, a hundred and fifty trillion years, apparently....
How was Sheldon Jame's first disciple? Wasn't the Black Eagle King the first? Where has he disappeared to all this time?...
Unbelievable... I thought James was rid of the annoying "honey, darling" Thea by going to the Demonic Realm, but now she's gone there too *puke*...
This Thea is the most narcissistic woman of all, constantly interrupting James's cultivation, getting in the way of his plans and slowing him down. He was well rid of her but the author went bonkers a few hundred chapters into the story and decided to pair her back with James.. Yuck!...
Thea doesn't deserve James, it so sad he loves her...
Thank you so much for all the effort. I love all the stories I've read. I hope to continue reading "The Almighty Dragon General" story. 😊...
