In the Priestess Hall of Mount One, the Grand Priestess sat on a white lotus. She looked at the huge Genesis Energy in the void ahead. There was a smile on her beautiful face, and she looked envious.
The scene of James and the others playing around was displayed in the huge Genesis Energy.
Although the Grand Priestess could not hear what they were talking about because of the mysterious inscription formation Truett had set up, the scene felt warm.
“They’re quite interesting.” A while later, the Grand Priestess could not resist laughing. “Look at how that piggy is being bullied.”
Upon hearing that, Lyla Moran, who was standing to the side while holding a black longsword, looked at the scene disdainfully. “They’re too playful. They’re becoming more and more unruly.”
“Lyla.” The Grand Priestess turned to look at Lyla. “Don’t you find the Timaeus Sect overwhelming since they have too many rules?”
Upon hearing that, Lyla was stunned. She turned to look at the Grand Priestess.
“Thea, you’re the Grand Priestess of the Timaeus Sect. Your words and actions represent the Timaeus Sect’s rules and reputation.”
“Can’t I do without the rules and reputation?” Helplessly, Thea sighed. “I don’t want the identity of the Grand Priestess. I want to be like them. I want to be free.”
“No.” Lyla shook her head. “You’re the Grand Priestess.”
“I don’t want to be the Grand Priestess.” Frustrated, Thea said, “I don’t want anything. I’m even willing to be kicked out of the Timaeus Sect.”
Lyla shook her head again. “Nothing can be changed since you’re the Grand Priestess.”
Thea was about to go insane. Every time she talked to Lyla, the conversation ended the same way. Lyla would always respond with those words.
Lyla stayed silent.
“Lyla.” Thea jumped off the lotus and walked over to Lyla. Hugging her arm, she said cutely, “I know you treat me the best in the Timaeus Sect and cherish me the most. Please help me. I’m about to go insane from cultivating in this sanctuary.”
While speaking, Thea pulled out a brocade box and handed it to Lyla. “Lyla, here are a few Genesis Cakes that I spent a lot of time making for you. Since you’re always guarding the Daemon Prison, you can eat them when you’re hungry.”
Thea’s cuteness and bribery might not work on the Sect Leader, but they were lethal on a foodie like Lyla.
Looking at the clear cakes that exuded Genesis Power in the brocade box, Lyla sighed helplessly. “Promise you won’t cause trouble?”
“I promise.” Thea put her hands together and said seriously, “I swear by Uncle Xachary’s hair and Great-grandfather’s beard.”

The readers' comments on the novel: The Almighty Dragon General
"Good things take time" Lol yeah, a hundred and fifty trillion years, apparently....
How was Sheldon Jame's first disciple? Wasn't the Black Eagle King the first? Where has he disappeared to all this time?...
Unbelievable... I thought James was rid of the annoying "honey, darling" Thea by going to the Demonic Realm, but now she's gone there too *puke*...
This Thea is the most narcissistic woman of all, constantly interrupting James's cultivation, getting in the way of his plans and slowing him down. He was well rid of her but the author went bonkers a few hundred chapters into the story and decided to pair her back with James.. Yuck!...
Thea doesn't deserve James, it so sad he loves her...
Thank you so much for all the effort. I love all the stories I've read. I hope to continue reading "The Almighty Dragon General" story. 😊...
