The other powerhouses began to interrogate Leilani since their own kin had also entered Planet Desolation. However, Leilani was unable to answer their queries.
The powerhouses were frustrated.
A powerhouse commented sternly, “Jethro, we must find out what happened inside Planet Desolation. Unfortunately, it seems Leilani is hiding things from us. If she refuses to speak, we’ll have no choice but to search her soul.”
Jethro looked at Leilani and asked, “What else do you know?”
Leilani shook her head and said, “I don’t know anything else, Father.”
“In that case, let me search your soul.”
Coerced by countless powerhouses, Jethro did not stop them and allowed them to search for Leilani’s soul. A powerhouse scoured Leilani’s soul and memories but only found that Leilani had been telling the truth.
…
On Planet Desolation, only Wotan and James remained in the Desolate Grand Canyon after Leilani was sent out of the formation. The two stared at each other.
James smiled faintly and asked, “Do you want to fight?”
Wotan was hesitant. He looked at James and asked, “You used Chaos Power in the previous battle. However, you did not use the Flame Art’s Three Fire Transformations left behind by the Compassionate Path Master. Have you successfully cultivated it?”
Wotan knew how strong James was and was trying to guess the odds of him emerging victorious. Although Wotan was an Acmean, he was not that much stronger than James. He was not confident he could beat James in a battle to the death. He wanted to ascertain whether James had cultivated the Flame Art’s Three Fire Transformations.
James smiled and replied calmly, “Why don’t you find out for yourself?”
Wotan was perplexed by his response.
‘Has he cultivated it or not?’ thought Wotan.
With his reassurance, James was relieved. He said, “I hope you keep everything that happened here a secret.”
James trusted Wotan.
The Primal Mantra was a powerful treasure. Wotan was an Acmean and if he wanted, could definitely fight James for it. Since Wotan willingly gave up the Primal Mantra, James did not want to treat him mercilessly.
James immediately walked toward the formation’s border. Wotan followed closely behind him. James forcefully created a crack in the formation. Without hesitation, Wotan passed through the crack in a flash and left Planet Desolation.
At that moment, James was the only surviving person among the large group of creatures that came to Planet Desolation.
James glanced around the area. After he confirmed that no other living creatures were around him, he sighed in relief. Then, he looked toward the Desolate Grand Canyon and slowly approached it.
As he got closer, he suddenly sensed a dangerous aura.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Almighty Dragon General
"Good things take time" Lol yeah, a hundred and fifty trillion years, apparently....
How was Sheldon Jame's first disciple? Wasn't the Black Eagle King the first? Where has he disappeared to all this time?...
Unbelievable... I thought James was rid of the annoying "honey, darling" Thea by going to the Demonic Realm, but now she's gone there too *puke*...
This Thea is the most narcissistic woman of all, constantly interrupting James's cultivation, getting in the way of his plans and slowing him down. He was well rid of her but the author went bonkers a few hundred chapters into the story and decided to pair her back with James.. Yuck!...
Thea doesn't deserve James, it so sad he loves her...
Thank you so much for all the effort. I love all the stories I've read. I hope to continue reading "The Almighty Dragon General" story. 😊...
