Quincy understood Thea’s feelings. She asked, “Is there anything I can do to help?”
Thea wiped away the tears from the corners of her eyes with her hand and said, “I’m afraid that James will be heartbroken after I’m gone. He is a cultivator. If the Earth survives the Fourth Calamity unscathed, he will live a long life. I don’t want him to spend the rest of his life alone. I hope that after I’m gone, you can take good care of him.”
“Me?” Quincy said with resignation, “How am I supposed to do that?”
Thea took Quincy’s hands and said, “I know you’ve always liked James. I don’t feel comfortable leaving James to others. This is my only request. I hope you will accept.”
Quincy furrowed her brow and asked, “Is there really no other option? Do you really have to sacrifice yourself to save others?”
Thea shook her head and said, “There are no other options. This is the only way, or else all humans in the universe will perish, including you, James, and even my family. I’m also happy that I’ll be the only one to die.”
Quincy was silent.
“Quincy, you have to promise me.” Thea looked solemn.
Quincy sighed and said, “I can promise you. However, James is completely devoted to you. After you die, he might not stay alive without you.”
“I won’t tell him,” Thea said, “Wait until after I die and the Earth is truly at peace before telling him the truth.”
Quincy nodded and said, “Alright, I promise you.”
“Help me keep this a secret,” Thea pleaded.
“Alright, no problem.”
Only then did a smile appear on Thea’s face, and she said, “James has several wives. I really don’t mind that now. If there are a lot of women around him to take care of him after I die, it would be better.”
Quincy remained silent because she truly did not know what to say.
“Tiara is also a nice girl. After I’m gone, do your best to set her up with James.”
“Also, as for my family, please help me take care of them as well.”
…
Thea spoke a lot as if she was getting her affairs in order.
Thea said nothing else, turned around and left.
Quincy watched Thea as she left. She did not say anything for a very long time. Only after Thea walked far away and out of sight did she sigh in resignation.
“What a cruel twist of fate. Who would have guessed that the last Ancestral God Rank Elixir James is searching for painstakingly is actually Thea?”
She looked exasperated.
If Thea had not told her personally, she would not have believed Thea was the last Ancestral God Rank Elixir James had painstakingly sought.
However, James did not know about this.
At this moment, he had appeared outside Mount Bane in Sol.
A thousand years had passed. Mount Bane had gotten bigger. Many unknown regions had appeared.
The Spiritual Energy in this location had become abundant. The location had become a gathering place for cultivators from all over the universe.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Almighty Dragon General
"Good things take time" Lol yeah, a hundred and fifty trillion years, apparently....
How was Sheldon Jame's first disciple? Wasn't the Black Eagle King the first? Where has he disappeared to all this time?...
Unbelievable... I thought James was rid of the annoying "honey, darling" Thea by going to the Demonic Realm, but now she's gone there too *puke*...
This Thea is the most narcissistic woman of all, constantly interrupting James's cultivation, getting in the way of his plans and slowing him down. He was well rid of her but the author went bonkers a few hundred chapters into the story and decided to pair her back with James.. Yuck!...
Thea doesn't deserve James, it so sad he loves her...
Thank you so much for all the effort. I love all the stories I've read. I hope to continue reading "The Almighty Dragon General" story. 😊...
