Talented Hairess A Rose with Thorns (Yvette and Wilson) novel Chapter 796

"Between me and WIlson, whose orders will you listen to from now on?" asked Yvette slowly.

Apollo didn't even blink at the dangerously tricky question, immediately proclaiming his loyalty by saying firmly, "Of course I'll obey your orders!"

Wilson had even given up the Shadow Alliance's intercontinental ballistic missiles to coax her out of her anger, which just went to show where he stood between him and Yvette! Obviously, he was going to side with her!

"Very good." Yvette nodded in satisfaction, her lips curving up in a smile.

"I'll look after you from now on!" she added.

"Thank you very much, Ms. Yvette!" Apollo replied in relief.

He then continued, more and more eager to please, "Boss is in his study right now. Should I escort you over there?"

"Mhm, let's go."

In the study, Samuel was reporting respectfully to Wilson. "Mr. Quinn, Ms. Granger is requesting an audience," he announced.

"Hmm?" Wilson's eyes narrowed slightly, after which he nodded. "Lead her in."

"Yes, Mr. Quinn!" replied Samuel.

He quickly proceeded to lead Skyla into the study.

She greeted, "Boss…"

The man in front of her exuded a cold and dignified air that gave her goosebumps and brought her a sense of fear. However, when she recalled that the person she liked was currently in danger and could lose his life at any moment, she forcefully suppressed her fear and spoke up anyway.

"Boss, I'm here today to ask a favor of you," she began.

As soon as she finished speaking, it was as if the temperature in the room rapidly dropped, making those inside feel as if they were currently experiencing winter.

Skyla trembled even harder. She didn't understand why Wilson's expression looked even scarier after what she said.

"Please allow me to meet him, Boss…"

Skyla's words made the hairs on the back of Samuel's neck rise. He felt nervous and scared at the continuously darkening expression on Wilson's face.

This eldest daughter of the Granger family was truly brave for asking Wilson to give her Yvette. This was the first time he'd seen someone who dared to challenge Wilson for his future wife!

At that point, Yvette had already arrived in the doorway. When she overheard the conversation happening in the study, she rubbed her chin in thought.

Wasn't she the one who had blown up the Shadow Alliance's casino?
