Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance novel Chapter 1506

Stephania had wrapped up all her paperwork and was set to head overseas. Right before she left, she met up with Molly. “So, what’s the real question?” Stephania asked.

“Spill the tea,” Molly grinned.

Later that day, Molly went home and filled Mia in. “Okay, serious question: if you were married but living in different places, could you handle it?”

“Definitely not. Could you?” Mia replied.

“Nope, not a chance.” Molly shook her head, then mused, “Do you think if Stephania and Donnie are apart too long, their relationship will start to crack?”

Mia shrugged. “Who knows.”

“Yeah, me neither.”

Neither of them had a clue, so they just watched Naomi Mastin bustling around. Mia waved her plump little hand and called out in her sweet, soft voice, “Naomi! Come here! Hurry!”

Molly chimed in too, “Naomi, get over here!”

Naomi was all smiles and started to head over, but Hansen quickly leaned in and whispered, “Naomi, nothing good ever comes from those two when they’re together. Trust me, stay put.”

But the girls kept calling, “Naomi, come on! Over here!”

Naomi looked at them, then shot Hansen a grin. “Dad, if things get weird, I’m out.”

“Good. Keep your guard up. Those two are trouble. You never know what kind of scheme they’ll rope you into,” Hansen warned.

Naomi finally went over, bracing herself for mischief—but it was just gossip. “Naomi, could you really go a whole year without seeing my brother?” Mia asked.

Naomi hesitated. “…Are you guys recording me right now?”

The sisters looked at each other. “Recording? What for?”

“You’re not planning to send this to Bruce, are you?”

The sisters looked confused. Why would they do that?

He jabbed at his phone screen so hard that Leo winced. Hansen’s voice rose, “Look at this! These are supposed to be my upgrades! I play a male character, and what did they buy me? A princess dress, a maid uniform, a miniskirt, high heels, and a curly wig! My character is a man. A man, Leo! Not some cross-dressing weirdo!”

Hansen was practically shouting by now, and everyone else in the studio had their heads down, snickering.

Leo could barely keep a straight face. He coughed into his hand and said, “Grandpa, want a tip?”

“Yeah, let’s hear it.”

“Go talk to my uncle and my stepdad.”

That evening—

Andre got home. Officer Chad was off duty.

The second they walked in, Hansen stormed up waving his phone. “Andre! Chad! You two need to explain yourselves! Look what your wives did to my game!”

He shoved his phone at them, launching into another round of complaints.
