After dinner was served and Hannah had eaten her food, Shawn sat next to her and took the documents, this was something important but he still wanted to her out. She arched up her brow at him, Hannah had not thought that he could not do it, but Shawn was determined.
"Are you sure about this?"
"You have to trust me on these, I have experience in all of these,"
She shook her head, still not sure if she could let Shawn work on those documents, all that she saw him do was sit at home and play games, other Times he would read his book or sleep on the couch, she had not seen him do anything work-related and will not overburden him and have up equally jeopardize her work. She wanted to tidy up with this so quickly so that she could head to bed.
"You just have to trust me and if I don't get it right then you can take the documents from me"
That was fast but Hannah was sceptical about starting that due can not finish. He was her husband and if anything happens she would not want him to stop so that she doesn't end up hurting his ego.
"I don't know about that"
"Is it about the trust? I get it you don't have any reason to trust one me since you don't know me, I mean we have only been married for just a short while, and…"
Hannah cracked up into laughter, he looked very cute when he was trying to sound so different.
"What? What is it? Did I say something funny?"
"No you did not but it is the speech that works for me" She took out some documents and handed them over to him. "You can start with these and after you are fine, I will get to evaluate your work, you have to get it right Shawn if you want to keep helping me out"
"Of course"
Shawn wasn't old school, he understood how this worked, he understood how the industry worked and he was going to follow due protocol, the whole end goal for him was just to end up helping Hannah. He was going to do that no matter what happens.
"Can you do it?" She asked as he looked at document. "If it gets difficult and you need my attention for anything, don't hesitate to ask me or to call my attention, I will be right there for you.
Those words were reassuring and Shawn could not be happier. This made him feel more relaxed and confident that he could help you out as well if he ran into any problems so that they could get the work right.
"Thank you but I think that I got it covered"
She blinked her eyes, he sounded so confident and she just nodded her head. Hannah did not want to distract him since he had already resumed and started working. Her eyes lingered on him for a moment, he looked very handsome as he slipped rimmed glasses into his eyes looking like a real boss, he picked up the documents and began working on it while sipping his coffee.
She hasn't even made the money that she wanted and if she goes around asking questions it only means that she is nosy and loves to meddle in things that aren't her business.
The last person that she would love to see in that way was Shawn, right now she had no clue what he would do any day that he found out her secret but since he hadn't, she was a bit going to ask questions and continue to live her life as his bride.
However no matter how many times she tried to push this out of her mind and act as if she had not just noticed something, it kept infiltrating her mind, she was eager to know, to ask him all about it but asking that kind of question was going to ruin it all. She couldn't get over the hurdle in her heart at all.
"Are you alright?" Shawn was very quick to notice all these things.
"Of course I am, why won't I be alright?"
"I thought as much, we are almost done with this and you can go back to bed"
"I would like nothing more than that, I am slready exhausted"
"Do you need a massage to go with that?" He smiled.
