Substitute Bride and Her Husband Who Disappeared novel Chapter 110

Luna was so furious that her anger was palpable. If it had been Vivian, she could have argued with Olivia and insisted on Vivian performing, no matter what. But with Nancy...

Ah well, it was better to forget it.

Was she supposed to fight tooth and nail to get Nancy on stage just to make a fool of herself?

Nancy shrugged nonchalantly, “Go ahead. It’s your turn."

With a sardonic smile, Olivia turned and made her way to the stage.

The crowd hushed as she sat down at the piano. Despite her fame being less than Vivian's, she was still a renowned pianist.

Olivia settled herself at the piano, flexed her fingers a little, and then gently placed them on the keys.

With a deep hatred for Vivian fueling her, she closed her eyes, focused, and pressed down on the first note.

The room was instantly filled with the enchanting melodies of the piano, leaving the audience wide-eyed in awe Olivia Davis was performing extraordinarily well today!

Luna almost blacked out, itching to slap Nancy!

"You’ve really done it this time, you've ruined Vivi!" Her teeth clenched, Luna hissed at Nancy, but held back due to Charlie's presence next to her.

Nancy simply arched an eyebrow and continued to listen to the piano music intently.

A few minutes later, Olivia confidently struck the last note and turned to Nancy with a smug look. "Your turn, Vivian."

Nancy chuckled softly, handed her bag to Charlie, and gracefully made her way to the stage.

She rubbed her eyes hard, barely believing what she was seeing. It was only when she confirmed that it really was Nancy playing the piano that a wave of disbelief washed over her.

This was world-class piano playing!

Whether Vivian or Olivia Davis, they were called national pianists rather than international ones. Even though they played technically perfect and could express their emotions through their music, they were still far from the international level.

International pianists could imbue their music with soul, drawing listeners into their musical world, making them cry, laugh, and visualize various scenarios and emotions through their rhythm.

And right now, Nancy's piano playing was enchanting everyone in the room, including Luna.

A surge of delight filled Luna's heart. The way she looked at Nancy changed completely...
