Spoiled by the President novel Chapter 579

Gideon was seduced by Nell each time she got closer to him.

He placed an arm around her waist and pulled her into his arms.

“Nelly, don’t underestimate your husband’s vigor.”

He lowered his head and smiled as he spoke in a low, husky voice.

His warm breath on her fair face seemed to excite her.

For some reason, Nell blushed even though her husband did not do anything apart from uttering that sentence.

Her petite face radiated a pinkish glow, like the soothing rays of the setting sun behind the clouds. She looked beautiful and alluring.

With a smile, Gideon lowered his head and kissed her gently on her lips.

Nell stiffened and felt that half of her body had gone numb.

Before he could make his next move, Nell stopped him.

“Don’t, there are other people in this house!”

Aside from the maids, two children were living with them.

Although the children were asleep, nobody could predict when they would wake up.

Gideon understood this as well. Apart from silently cursing others for spoiling the mood, he bent over and carried Nell.

Nell was shocked by his sudden action. She grabbed his collar instinctively and gasped. “Gideon, what are you doing?”

The man laughed. “Proving how vigorous I am.”

Nell was speechless.

When Nell awoke the next morning, it was almost 10:00 am.

Nell sat up blankly and reached for her phone. She was astonished when she realized the time.

‘My god, it’s so late!’

She remembered that it was the weekend and had already promised Lizzy that she would take her to a children’s art exhibition that morning.

It was already 10:00 am and she wondered whether she could make it if she rushed over now.

If she could not, she would end up breaking her promise with Lizzy.

Noooo, it was all this man’s fault!

Nell wanted to scold Gideon, but when she turned around, she discovered that Gideon was no longer in the room.

She recalled he had a plane to catch at 6:00 am and he had probably left early in the morning.

Thus, feeling dejected, she sat down on the bed again. After calming down, she headed to the bathroom to freshen up.

Fifteen minutes had passed by the time she came out of the bathroom.

Nell tried to save time and quickened her pace.

She did not want to let Lizzy down and become an untrustworthy adult.

Hence, she raced down the stairs after getting dressed.

When she was downstairs, she saw Lizzy sitting on the sofa and watching a cartoon, whereas Little Viemond was playing at the play area while a nanny watched over him.

She rushed towards Lizzy and hugged her as she sobbed. “Lizzy, Mommy is so sorry! I woke up late.”

Lizzy looked at her with her large, round eyes and blinked a few times. Her thick eyelashes looked like two curvy, little fans.

Indeed, he was a cunning fellow!

Nell was pissed, but she dared not say anything when she saw Lizzy’s eager expression.

In the end, she gave in and told her, “Since we can go there in the afternoon, we’ll head out after lunch.”

Lizzy agreed and nodded.

Nell did not linger and went back upstairs to rest.

Fortunately for them, Gideon got someone to alter the exhibition’s closing hours. Although it was not exactly the right thing to do, the outcome was positive.

She was about to rest when a phone call came through.

Nell nearly fell asleep and the phone call jolted her awake.

She felt for her phone and noticed that the call was from Country F.

Her expression turned serious and her desire to sleep disappeared. Suddenly, she was alert and sat up straight.

She answered the call and asked, “Any news?”

A calm, feminine voice could be heard on the other end.

“Yes, but it isn’t convenient for me to elaborate on the phone. I have sent the details to the email address you’ve given me last time via a special method. You’ll understand once you’ve taken a look.”

Nell nodded. “Alright, got it.”

After hanging up, she checked her inbox and saw an anonymous email.

For security purposes, the email had undergone a complex encryption process.

Luckily, Nell was familiar with such processes, so it was not too challenging for her to decrypt it.
