Gideon raised his eyebrows, “You’re too soft, I can’t hear you.”
Nell said it louder and in order to satisfy him, she had a smile on her face too. “Hubby…”
She teased him intentionally.
Sure enough, the man's hand that held the steering wheel tightened slightly.
However, Nell did not get the response she wanted but instead, the man narrowed his eyes and said, "Say it again."
Nell was so angry that she wanted to bite someone.
Though at the thought that someone had a request for her, she could only put on a nice expression and said softly, “Hubby, please tell me, I want to know…”
Her voice was so corny that even she felt a little disgusted!
She slammed her fist on him. Fortunately, the man was tough and was able to withstand it. He also had good driving skills, or otherwise, he would have driven off the road.
With great difficulty, Gideon controlled both of her hands with one of his. He narrowed his eyes and said in a dangerous tone, "How dare you seduce me in broad daylight. I’ll take care of you when we get home.”
Nell naturally knew what kind of care he was talking about.
Immediately, her face blushed and she retorted, "It was you who told me to say it!”
"You’re so obedient? Heh! Why didn't you say it previously when I asked you to?”
Nell was speechless.
She clenched her jaw as it reddened like a lobster. Staring at him, she could only say one thing, "Hooligan!"
Gideon smiled leisurely with evil plastered on the corners of his eyes and brows.
"Well, I'll show you what a hooligan is in a while.”
Nell blushed even harder.
It did not take long before they arrived home.
During the day, the servants at home were either resting or in the backyard, with no one in front.
Nell was carried into the villa by Gideon.
Before the engine was turned off, he threw the key directly into Aunt Joyce's hand and carried Nell to the second floor.
In the bedroom on the second floor.
Nell was thrown on the bed by him. Anxious and angry, she wrapped the quilt around herself and shouted, "Don't come here, I'm not in the mood right now!" Nell was so anxious that she punched him with her fists but the man caught them with one hand and he pinned her hands to her back. She tried kicking him but her legs were pinned down on the bed by his legs too.
Nell could not be bothered to reply to him. So, she gave him a blank glance in which it was obvious that she wanted to ignore him.
Gideon touched his nose with a little scorn.
Knowing that if this continued, he was afraid that he would offend the woman and so, he quickly gave in.
"So, the Old Master of the Foster family is about to reach his seventieth birthday. Recently, Joel has been thinking about what gifts to give to the Old Master. He got to know that Old Hughes had a good piece of jade recently, so he wanted to carve something for the Old Master. Although he begged Old Hughes to sell it to him for a long time, Old Hughes refused and that is why Joel looked for me. Well, I agreed in consideration of him being so filial.”
Nell didn't expect the truth of the matter to be so simple.
She suddenly felt that it was not worth it.
As Gideon saw how regretful she was, the corners of his mouth curved slightly. He kissed her ears and said, "If you like it, I will get you a better piece."
Nell pushed him away and pouted. “Don’t think you can please me with that, I'm still angry."
"Really?"
"Of course!"
Seeing her scared, he could not help but tease her.
