Spoiled by Mr. Russell novel Chapter 2035

‘This woman’s a real nutjob!’

Mike was astonished when he saw Rhea kicking the body fearlessly. The body moved slightly and became still again after the kick.

“It was a reflexive action,” Rhea said as she impassively looked up at Mike, “To be precise, it was a natural reflex. It’s perfectly normal.”

Mike stayed silent, thinking, ‘Well, you aren’t, are you?’

“Why don’t you bury him since you’re not afraid?” Mike pulled himself together and said, “I’ll go and find out how to contact the organization.”

“Can you even do that after this much time has passed? Do you think…” Rhea paused and suddenly approached Mike.

The latter instinctively took two steps back and saw Rhea coming closer, staring at him thoughtfully. “Do you think it’s possible Alexander has discovered it but refrained from telling you? Is it possible he doesn’t trust you?”

Mike retorted, “It’s understandable if he doesn’t trust me. You haven’t given me time to stay in touch with him. Instead, you told me to stay in the lab for two days. Besides, The people there are starting to get suspicious.”

“It doesn’t matter if they get suspicious. Since the organization has abandoned the place, the research facility is unimportant to them. They’re only after R10.” Rhea had realized everything was a cover long ago and that all the organization ever wanted was R10.

‘Perhaps the organization intended to conduct previous experiments but ended up with varying degrees of failure. Now, what it desires the most is simply R10.’

“Then—"

“Cut the crap! Hurry up and bury him, okay? He stinks!” Rhea finally complained about the stench and turned away.

Alexander was shocked. After two seconds of silence, he chuckled. “Some request, that is.”

“I have no other options. It’s not just any dead body, after all. I fear spreading the virus if I don’t handle it properly.”

Rhea had injected her virus into the “boss,” and he had probably died from it. Mike knew he would face problems if he buried the body hastily.

‘Another virus!’

Alexander was alarmed when he heard that word again.
