Sorry for Your Loss, It's Me, I'm the Loss novel Chapter 550

Yvonne walked over to the bed, and Bennett reached out, pulling her onto his lap.

"It's easier to talk," Bennett said, holding her close. His warm breath brushed against her cheek and neck. "Are they filming the study and kitchen tomorrow too?"

Yvonne's cheeks flushed as she gave him a playful glare. Leaning her head on his shoulder, she replied, "You were in my room, so I had to send her to check the study and kitchen. I couldn't let her see you looking all disheveled."

Bennett was wearing a shirt with two buttons torn from the collar, revealing a muscular chest that rose and fell with his breathing, exuding pure masculine charm.

"And whose fault is it that I'm disheveled?" Bennett chuckled, leaning in to give her a soft peck on the lips.

"Don't mess around, my assistant is still here," Yvonne said, giving him a little push. In the process, she accidentally bumped the nightstand, knocking the script to the floor.

Bennett bent down, picked up the script, and placed it back on the nightstand.

"A fantasy drama?"

"Yeah," Yvonne replied. "Sandra sent me the script to look over. But it's a major production from Ace Entertainment, and every actor in the industry has their eye on it. A resource this good probably won't fall into my lap."

"Not very confident, are you?" Bennett said, gently pinching her nose.

"I'm just being realistic," Yvonne said seriously.

She had some fame now, but she was still a long way from being A-list. Her acting was decent but not exceptional, so she wasn't a strong contender.

"It's just a show. If you want it, I'll get it for you," Bennett said softly, his hand casually stroking her back.

He was always gentle and patient with Yvonne.
