He was too drunk to think straight, but one thing was certain: he needed to get Emma out of this party. The party wasn’t safe for any girl, and the last thing he wanted was to see a drunk idiot touch his future wife. He couldn’t let that happen, not while he could help it. 

Slowly, he walked into the building and since she has sent him the picture of the room where she was waiting for him to made it easier for him to find her. 

When he reached the door, he knocked once. No response. 

Frowning, he turned the knob. 

It wasn’t locked, and he helped himself in. 

But the room turned out to be empty. 

His frown deepened. Confusion warred with the haze in his mind. He turned toward the bathroom, stepping inside. 

And yet Emma seems to be nowhere. 

“Emma.” He called as he walked out of the restroom, and then–behind him–the door creaked open. 

He turned just as a figure stepped inside. 

Not Emma but a girl he had spotted earlier at the party. 

She walked up to him in lingerie. 

A sultry smile curved her lips as she closed the door behind her. 

Alexander took in deep, sharp breaths and took a few steps back, but the girl was cockier and bold. She approached him and pushed him into the bed. 

“I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long, Alexander Black.” She whispered.
