Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 2061

Zachary said, “The rest of them are still overseas aside from Rowan, you, and me.”

Rowan was still studying and usually lived in the school. He would only return home once a month.

Callum was stunned for a moment before smiling. “I forgot all about that.”

His cousins were on business trips or on their way to court their future wives.

Only he and Zachary remained in Wiltspoon because their marriages were pretty much settled.

“Nana isn’t home either.”

Callum spoke in a reminiscing tone, “I was always tense whenever Nana was around. I feared I would make her dislike me or be targeted and punished by her. However, I miss her a lot after she started leaving home to travel.”

Zachary did not continue the conversation, but he felt the same.

Among his brothers, Nana had spent the most effort on his marriage.

She was often worried whenever he and Serenity quarreled and gave each other the silent treatment. She even moved into his and Serenity’s house for a short period due to that reason.

Speaking of that, Serenity and Zachary had not returned to Brynfield for a long time.

They would return to stay there for some time soon.

“If there’s nothing else, let’s depart now,” Zachary said in a low voice.

Callum hummed in agreement.

It was a prescription that Tania’s mother had gotten her.

She said many people who could not get pregnant for a long time had successfully conceived after eating the prescribed medicine and nourishing their bodies.

Some people even had twins.

Serenity was not pregnant yet. Although they would not urge her, their relatives were pretty enthusiastic in private. They would tell Tania where the good doctors were and ask her to take Serenity there.

Even if Tania insisted that there were no issues with her daughter-in-law, the relatives would say that a year had passed since Zachary and Serenity had obtained their marriage license. If they had not been using birth control, there were most likely issues with their health.

Since Serenity was perfectly fine, could it have been Zachary’s body that was problematic?
