Judy’s POV
“Who the hell do you think you are?” Nan asked, folding her arms across her chest and pressing her lips in a thin line. “We literally just walked in here, and you don’t know us.”
“I know enough,” she said, her eyes scanning our clothes. “Like how you got your jeans off a discount shop and how your pregnant friend here is going to need extra fabric to cover that mound of a stomach she’s sporting. It’s going to cost you a pretty penny, and considering you shop at discount stores, I doubt you have the funds.”
“Just because I’m wearing discount jeans? They happen to be very comfortable. I don’t shop for price, I shop for comfort and fit.”
I stood shellshocked at the audacity of this woman. I had never seen her before, and she didn’t smell like pack. The city was a neutral ground between the Silver Crescent Pack and the Redmoon Pack, and though it's listed as a neutral territory, it mostly belongs to Gavin. It’s where both his office and the Carter resort are. Everybody in this area knows who Gavin Landry is, including the humans.
She didn’t smell like a human either, though.
“What is your name?” I asked, trying not to let her words affect me. If I were going to be a Luna someday soon, I needed to learn to deal with these types of problems.
“I don’t see how that’s any of your business,” she said, raising her brows. “There’s the door… please leave through it before you embarrass yourself even further.”
“Is this how you speak to all customers?” I asked her. “Because this is not how you gain business, if so. Are you Sasha Evermoore?”
Her eyes turned to slits.
“How dare you speak her name?” she said through her teeth. “I’m her assistant, Keris, and I call the shots while on the floor. We are very busy and we don’t have the time to be dealing with scum.”
“Then, in that case… I suppose we will shop elsewhere for my wedding dress,” I said, turning away from her. “I don’t have the time for this kind of thing… or the patience.”
“We aren’t going to let her get away with this, are we?” Nan asked, shocked. “She’s being disrespectful.”
“Two wrongs do not make a right,” I tell her. “We need to be the bigger people.”
The door opened and Irene stepped in; her eyes were red as if she had been crying, and her face was slightly paler than it had been not long ago. She paused when she saw the looks on our faces, and then her eyes shifted to Kerris.

thank you for continuing...
please tell us is this the end?...
please update go back rewrite what was skipped waiting for more...
I keep on waiting for another chapter. Is this all??? 🙏🙏🙏...
Magnificent book! True that you skipped through scenes that I believe you would have written beautifully about, like Judy's Luna ceremony and their wedding, not to mention Declan's birth and the family adjustments all around. Yet still, it couldn't take away from the master piece that this literary content actually is. Good job....
Thanks for this wonderful book...
Is the story complete? Gonna leave us on chapter 734 ?...
Any new chapters today?...
So unfair that you decided to skip her coronation as his Luna. Her wedding. The birth of their first child. This is why we're reading the book. So we can witness reading it.... *sighs heavily*...
I have loved this book but no why skip their engagement party their kids birth their wedding her luna ceremony all of the things we have waited for now over I like what I just read but I would have loved to have read everything we missed....
