Gavin’s POV
5 years later
I was never going to get to the scent of a dirty diaper, no matter how many times I’ve had to change one. I crinkled my nose as I stared down at my child, poop smeared all within the diaper, and a smiling face lighting up the baby’s features.
“Seriously… what does your mother feed you?” I asked, unable to hide my smile. “You are going to be the death of me, Lilith.”
My daughter just kicked her little feet and let out the cutest giggle.
“Ew!” I heard from below. “That’s yucky.”
I barked out a laugh as I looked down at my almost 5-year-old son, Declan. His blue eyes, a reflection of mine, were narrowed, and his lips were pressed in a line. He was my spitting image, which was fitting considering he was the future Alpha. He had strong Lycan blood coursing through his veins; I could already feel how powerful he was going to be when he came of age. But for right now, he was a little menace of a son, and I loved everything about him.
Though he had my strength and looks, he had his mother’s stubbornness and wit… along with her strength and skill sets. He was already a master of his young combat class. Better than those twice his age, which amazed not only the entire pack, but his family as well.
Yet, when it came to a dirty diaper, he couldn’t hide the disgust and clear weakness he felt towards it.
“She’s your sister… maybe you should be cleaning her diaper,” I joked.
“She’s not my sister when she smells like that,” Declan said, his nose crinkling even more.
This only made me laugh further.
“You two are hopeless,” Irene said, leaning against the door with her arms folded across her chest. “What would you do without us women around?”
I rolled my eyes at my oldest daughter.
“You’re only back for a couple of weeks before you return to Jeremy’s territory,” I reminded her. Irene, who moved to her mate's territory after their wedding a couple of years ago, was back to celebrate Lilith’s 1(st) birthday. She managed to take time off from her job as an event planner to spend a couple of weeks here. Honestly, it’s been nice having her around because she helps out with the children.
Being 3 months pregnant herself, it gives her a lot of practice.
“I’m amazed you survived all this time without me,” she teased, walking into the room. “Move over and let me take care of my little sister.”
I moved away so she could have room, holding my hands up in defeat.
“I won’t argue with that.”
Declan mimicked my moves, putting his small hands up too.
“Me too,” he agreed, making both Irene and me laugh.
I scooped my son into my arms.
“Come on, let’s go find your mom and big brother,” I told him as I headed out of the room.
“Yay, Matty!” Declan cheered and giggled as Matthew twirled him around.
I came up behind my wife and wrapped my arms around her, pulling her into me.
“Hey, Beautiful,” I murmured, pressing a kiss to her mating mark. “How’s training?”
“He’s almost better than me,” she said, smiling. “I’m proud of him.”
“I honestly think he’s going to be a better Alpha than me,” I admitted. I had high hopes for Matthew, and I knew he was going to surpass me by a long shot.
“Where’s Lilith?” She asked, turning to look up at me.
“With her sister,” I said. ‘It’s nice having Irene home for a couple of weeks. We can pawn the little she-devil off to her.”
I smirked at Judy’s appalled face.
“Don’t speak about our little girl like that,” she said, smacking my chest playfully.
I laughed and peppered a soft kiss on her lips.
“Ew, get a room, you two,” I heard from nearby.

thank you for continuing...
please tell us is this the end?...
please update go back rewrite what was skipped waiting for more...
I keep on waiting for another chapter. Is this all??? 🙏🙏🙏...
Magnificent book! True that you skipped through scenes that I believe you would have written beautifully about, like Judy's Luna ceremony and their wedding, not to mention Declan's birth and the family adjustments all around. Yet still, it couldn't take away from the master piece that this literary content actually is. Good job....
Thanks for this wonderful book...
Is the story complete? Gonna leave us on chapter 734 ?...
Any new chapters today?...
So unfair that you decided to skip her coronation as his Luna. Her wedding. The birth of their first child. This is why we're reading the book. So we can witness reading it.... *sighs heavily*...
