Rich Radiant and Over Him (Alicia and Vincent) novel Chapter 418

“Don’t gasp like that when you talk. What happened?” Winnie’s nerves were already frayed, and she shot Easton an anxious, irritated look.

Easton’s face was ghostly pale, his chest rising and falling as he tried to steady his voice. “It’s… it’s my brother. Something happened.”

He didn’t elaborate, just turned and strode quickly toward the door.

Alicia sucked in a shaky breath, barely steadying herself before rushing after him.

Winnie, worried sick, jumped up and hurried after them too.

Only Natalia remained seated, a cool smile curving her lips as she watched the chaos unfold.

It seemed every step of her plan had gone off without a hitch.

Tyrone was out of the picture.

She couldn’t suppress the giddy grin spreading across her face—Natalia glanced down at her manicured nails, laughter bubbling up from her chest.

Now, the Lynch family—her puppets, every last one.

Let’s see who dares look down on her now.

So what if she was just the housekeeper’s daughter? The Lynch estate, the Lynch Corporation, the whole Lynch family—they were all hers to command.

At the hospital.

By the time Alicia, Easton, and Winnie arrived, the doctors had already finished their desperate efforts.

One of the physicians met Alicia’s gaze and shook his head, sorrow etched in every line of his face.

Alicia forced herself to breathe, gripping the edge of the counter for support, but her vision was already going dark. Before she could even see Tyrone’s body, her knees buckled and she collapsed.

“Sis!”

She mourned Tyrone, but her worry for Alicia was greater—Tyrone’s death meant Alicia’s future would be unimaginably hard.

Alicia said nothing, head bowed in silence.

Felix stayed by her side, not moving.

Soon, Vincent, Clayton, and the others arrived, crowding into the room. They looked at Alicia’s pale face, at a loss for words.

“I… want to see him,” Alicia whispered.

She needed to see Tyrone’s body. She needed to know, for certain, that he was really gone.

“The so-called relatives from the Lynch family are already on their way to Seaview,” Clayton murmured, bending close. “When the old man died, they made a mess fighting over the inheritance. With Tyrone gone, they won’t let you keep everything. They’ll do anything to get their hands on his estate. You need to be ready.”

This wasn’t the time for grief.

If Alicia wanted to survive, she had to find the strength to step out of the glass house Tyrone had once built around her.
