Rich Radiant and Over Him (Alicia and Vincent) novel Chapter 355

Tyrone chuckled. “The man pulling Brandon’s strings has been plotting against the White family and the Lynch family for over thirty years—long before Vincent was even a glimmer in his mother’s eye.”

Alicia couldn’t help but laugh too. “Whatever the case, he’s definitely not one of the good guys.”

Winnie stood quietly nearby, not wanting to interrupt, but when she caught sight of someone at the door, she quickly cleared her throat.

Alicia and Tyrone, still oblivious to the visitor, kept gossiping. “Vincent spent a fortune trying to win Mina over, and now look—she’s run off with his half-brother. He must be absolutely livid.”

“He’s honestly just pitiful,” Alicia sighed.

Winnie coughed again, louder this time.

Alicia turned to her. “Winnie, is your throat bothering you?”

Tyrone looked up just then and spotted Vincent standing in the doorway, his expression dark and stormy.

Vincent was holding a fruit basket, his gaze cold as he shot Tyrone a withering look. Without a word, he set the basket right on top of the trash can by the door.

Tyrone rolled his eyes at him—how petty could you get?

Taking advantage of the distraction, Tyrone leaned toward Alicia and whispered, “Honey… my head feels so dizzy. Maybe if you kiss me, I’ll feel better.”

Alicia obliged without hesitation, cupping his face and kissing his forehead.

Even Winnie couldn’t stand to watch this—Tyrone was like a male version of a flirtatious fox.

“Honey, do you love me the most?” Tyrone asked, pulling Alicia into his arms so she couldn’t turn around.

“Mhm,” Alicia nodded sweetly.

Tyrone shot Vincent a smug, triumphant grin.

“I need to talk to you,” Vincent ground out, barely containing his anger. “It’s about your accident.”

“This isn’t about that,” Vincent replied. “You love playing the hero, but I don’t want them dragged into this mess.”

Tyrone squeezed Alicia’s hand, grinning. “Why don’t you and Winnie go check out that fruit stand out front? Didn’t you say the old man there sells the best apples? Pick some up.”

Alicia shot Vincent a suspicious look but finally nodded and led Winnie out.

Once they were gone, Vincent rounded on Tyrone, furious. “Where’d you learn to be such a manipulative flirt?”

“From your precious Mina,” Tyrone said, lounging back against the pillows with a smug smile.

Vincent’s jaw clenched, and he shut his eyes, struggling to stay calm. “Shame the accident didn’t finish you off.”

“Oh?” Tyrone raised an eyebrow. “Sorry to disappoint.”

Vincent took a breath, steadying himself. “Listen. I went back to the office unexpectedly today and overheard my father’s bastard, Mayfield Lawson, on the phone. He was talking about ‘taking someone out’—I didn’t think much of it at the time. But then, not long after, I heard about your accident.”
