Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 914

On the stage, Sebastian swiftly dodged the combined attack of several opponents. He then landed a powerful punch on one of them, and his opponent hastily raised his sword to block.

The punch struck the sword. Instead of a bloodbath, there was a resounding explosion.

The swordsman seemed to be hit by a lightning bolt, vomiting a large mouthful of blood as he was sent flying backward, crashing heavily onto the ground.

Next, Sebastian kicked another attacker squarely in the stomach, causing him to double over and soar backward in pain.

Moving with ghostly speed, Sebastian evaded all attempts to strike him. Despite their coordinated efforts, all his attackers couldn't even touch the edge of his clothing, while every casual blow from Sebastian sent one of them hurtling off the platform.

In just a few seconds, the seven or eight people attacking him were all knocked off the stage.

The crowd erupted in gasps of amazement at Sebastian's display of overwhelming strength.

"Who would've thought that Sebastian was this powerful? No wonder he could defeat Juniper. Even here in Swordity, he stands out as a top-tier fighter," someone commented in awe.

Others in the crowd nodded in agreement, and their earlier scorn for Sebastian turned into stunned silence.

Alfie's face darkened with frustration. He had assumed Sebastian was just a weak nobody, but he now realized how wrong he had been.

Houston grinned and said, "Alfie, there's no need to worry. Let him move on to the next round. It'll be even better that way. When he faces one of us, we'll make sure he ends up on his knees, begging for mercy and unable to get up for the rest of his life."

Alfie relaxed at Houston's words. A smirk returned to his face. "You're right. Anyone who dares compete with me over a woman is just asking to die!"

The chaotic battle on the platform continued, but those who initially planned to target Sebastian lost their nerve, and none dared to approach him.

Sebastian, in turn, chose not to attack anyone else. He simply stood there, observing quietly.

He noted that Swordity's strength was indeed formidable. Among the over one hundred participants, more than 20 had reached the level of four-star or five-star demigods.

Additionally, three individuals stood apart from the fray like him, untouched and unchallenged. They were possibly six-star demigods.

The successful competitors moved to the designated area for the next round. Cadmus then ascended to the stage and spoke loudly, "First of all, congratulations to all the disciples who have advanced. Each of you will receive a Pure Essence Pill."

The Pure Essence Pill was considered a top-tier third-grade pill, worth around 800 spiritual stones each.

The monthly allowance for a Swordity disciple was only a few dozen spiritual stones, so receiving a Pure Essence Pill was equivalent to a year's worth of benefits.

Sebastian, however, was unimpressed. The materials to refine a Pure Essence Pill cost merely 300 spiritual stones. Plus, for him, making them was effortless, with the quality always being exceptional.

Besides, he possessed a wealth of a million spiritual stones, so a single Pure Essence Pill held no value in his eyes.

Cadmus then outlined the rules for the next round. The top 20 contestants from the previous year would automatically advance, while the remaining participants from the elimination round would face off in pairs.

The winners would move on to the next round, while the losers would be eliminated.

The pairings would be determined by a random draw, and Sebastian drew the black number 11. The matches didn't begin immediately, as Cadmus moved on to announce the prizes.
