"You're way too full of yourself. Do you really think the three major sects have no one to stop you?"
A sharp voice cut through the air as Freya stepped forward. She was the senior disciple of Lacuna Sect.
In many sects, male and female disciples were ranked separately, not by seniority or age, but purely by strength.
Typically, only core disciples had official rankings, while others would simply address anyone stronger as "miss" or "mister".
Freya was the strongest among the female disciples of Lacuna Sect and second only to Theodore overall.
When Sebastian defeated Jerome, she had already considered stepping in. However, she was already 30 years old, Zeke was afraid that people would say that she was bullying the younger generation.
Now, with Sebastian's arrogance reaching its peak, if no one stopped him, the three major sects would be embarrassed.
"Finally, Ms. Leigh is stepping in. She's ranked in the top ten experts among the three major sects. I bet Sebastian can't last ten moves against her!"
"Ten moves? You're overestimating him. If he survives three, I'd be shocked."
The crowd from the three major sects threw out insults, tearing down Sebastian's abilities like they were nothing.
Sebastian stood with his hands clasped behind him, completely unfazed. Sebastian wore a mischievous smile as he asked, "You really think you can beat me?"
Freya chuckled as she said coldly, "You think winning a few fights makes you a big shot?"
"So, you believe my victories over Jerome and Landen were pure luck?" Sebastian asked.
"Of course. Jerome was worn out from his earlier battles, and you just swooped in for the easy win. As for Landen, he just wasn't used to your battle movements. If you face him head-on, you wouldn't stand a chance," Freya replied coldly.
Sebastian continued to smirk. "Then what's your weaknesses?"
