Sebastian wasted no time. As he raised his arm, he sliced clean through the beast's head.

"This forest is too dangerous. We need to get out of here first."

Sebastian knew exactly how terrifying those two birds from earlier were. They could easily lift an entire mammoth, which meant their strength was clearly incredible.

Plus, there were likely other formidable beasts lurking deeper in the forest, waiting for the right moment to strike.

Luckily, they were still near the forest's edge. With a burst of speed, they made their way out and found themselves on an open grassland.

Before they could even catch their breath, a massive white crane suddenly soared into view. This crane wasn't just large but enormous.

Its wingspan stretched over 66 feet, making the long-extinct Quetzalcoatlus look small by comparison.

Everyone panicked and were ready to flee at any moment.

"Look! Someone's riding it!"

As the group prepared to rush into the forest to hide, Lillian was the first to notice a figure seated on the back of the white crane.

Everyone looked up and found an elderly man with an air of transcendence sitting atop the crane. He was dressed in flowing robes, giving him an almost ethereal presence.

The speed of the white crane was quite fast. Within moments, it had flown close to the group. The old man then leaped off the crane's back.

Everyone was nervous because they didn't know if the elder posed a threat.

However, the old man was studying them carefully. As he looked at everyone's style of dress, he was very shocked.

"Did you all come from the forbidden ground?" he asked.

Lana and the others exchanged confused looks as they were unable to comprehend what he meant.

Sebastian pointed to the mountain range behind them and replied, "I think we came from over there, from those mountains."

"So, you really did come from the forbidden ground!"

The elder was very surprised. He continued, "The forbidden ground is full of dangers. For you to have survived and come out alive is truly unbelievable!"
