"What the hell do you know?" Caspian sneered.
He continued, "I will not settle for just being the Imperial Chaplain. Once I deal with you, I'll storm into the royal palace and force that old fool to step down. Then, I'll rule the empire, and everyone will bow at my feet."
His excitement grew with every thought, and he burst into unsettling laughter that sounded like ghostly wails. The laughter was so intense that it ruptured the eardrums of the fleeing soldiers. As a result, their ears began to bleed.
The entire valley shook, and Leticia, hiding above, felt her heart race with fear. Her face turned pale in shock.
Sebastian's face turned grave when he sensed how dangerous Caspian had become. He suspected Caspian had reached the Demigod Realm. If that was true, the situation had just gotten much worse.
Although Sebastian could fight opponents above his level, the difference between someone in the pinnacle divine grandmaster stage and the Demigod Realm was enormous.
This gap was more significant than ever because Demigods could fly. This ability gave them the upper hand and boosted their combat strength.
Caspian laughed for a long time before finally stopping. He leaped out of the blood pool and soared about 60 feet into the air before coming to a halt.
Sebastian's biggest dread came true. After Caspian shot into the air, he stayed aloft and walked on the air. This proved that he had reached the Demigod Realm.
Caspian's body had grown so much that his clothes were torn apart. Only scraps remained on his shoulders and waist. From his elevated position, he appeared imposing.
