Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 691

This was no easy matter. There weren't many women with a spiritual constitution. He had been in this world for so long, but Kaitlyn was the only person Sebastian had encountered who had that.

It wasn't easy to bump into another person like her. Moreover, even if he did find someone else, she might not be agreeable, and he couldn't possibly force himself on her.

On the other hand, it didn't matter if he couldn't find her because Lillian was still waiting for him back home.

Now, he could only wait until Fressia was found and bring her back with him. However, he had offended many people, so Jenna must be properly settled.

To prevent her being the target of revenge, Sebastian took her to the chamber of commerce. Because he was staying there, the chamber was also implicated.

Many parties pressured the chamber and caused them a huge loss. It was easy to guess that the Olsen and Elsher family were behind this; perhaps even the Knott family had participated.

As compensation, Sebastian made a few more batches of pills. He gave a batch to Hendrick and Abigail and helped them in the absorption of it.

With the pill and his help, both of their cultivation took a great leap.

From an early-stage divine grandmaster, Hendrick became a middle-stage divine grandmaster, and his strength increased greatly.

Hendrick was overjoyed. In his younger years when he sustained the hidden injury, his cultivation was stuck at pinnacle grandmaster. Furthermore, he didn't have long to live.

Just when he thought that he was going to die, he bumped into Sebastian, who was literally sent by the Heavens to save him.

Not only did Sebastian cured him of his hidden injury, but he also helped him to achieve divine grandmaster and even the middle stage of it.

No words could express the gratitude he held for Sebastian. Compared to that, a little loss to the chamber of commerce was not a big deal.

After all, they had made a lot of money through the years, and it was enough to cover Hendrick and Abigail's spendings for the rest of their lives.

As Abigail's cultivation was lower, the rate of her cultivation increase was more obvious. After she entered the grandmaster stage from advanced-level warrior, she reached middle-stage grandmaster.

"Mr. Watson, do you have any leads on my wife yet?" Sebastian asked, looking at Hendrick.

Guilt crept over Hendrick's face. "Mr. Wilder, I'm deeply sorry. I've sent many people to look for her, but there's no news of her yet."

Hendrick's and Abigail's jaws hung in shock. They knew how strong Sebastian was, but they didn't expect that Fressia was so strong, too.

Hendrick said, "Mr. Wilder, since Mrs. Wilder is so strong, she's probably not in danger. Maybe she went into hiding because she was terrified. I'll ask my men to search around hidden places. As long as she's still in Holton, we'll have news of her soon."

"Let's hope so." Sebastian sighed. It had been almost one month since he was in this world. Lana and Lillian must be worried sick about him, and he wanted to return as soon as possible.

Fressia was now his wife. Before he found her, he couldn't leave this place in peace.

Just then, a worker in the chamber trotted over in a rush. "Mr. Watson, I have bad news. A few of our shops in the south of the city were attacked. A group of men in black charged into our stores and killed everyone they saw. Then, they set fire to the place."

"This is outrageous!" Hendrick was enraged. "Let's go and take a look."

Frowning, Sebastian couldn't be sure whether this was the work of the Olsens or the Elshers. Regardless, this was a persistent challenge to his bottom line.

Turning to Abigail, he said, "Ms. Watson, send a messenger to the Olsens and urge them to deliver the herbs I want. Also, tell them to stop their attacks on the chamber of commerce. Otherwise, I'll wipe out their family."
